A pleasant surprise in Cali

We did not know much about this hotel other than a few reviews. But what a pleasant surprise was our stay there. The location is really good, close to the shopping centers and many restaurants, the breakfast offers plenty of options and the facilities are nice. The stars of this hotel are the staff members. I wish I could remember all the names, but since you enter the place, they work to make your stay enjoyable. Boni and Margarita at the restaurant, Carlos and Eliberto at the front desk. Mrs Caicedo from the maintenance team. All strive to give the guest a pleasant experience. We did not know much about this hotel other than a few reviews. Like at home

ALEJANDRO & Juan Manuel: the best front desk service EVER. Alejandro is amazing! The guys from the pool area, bar and restaurant made our experience beautiful & unforgettable. The personnel from the lobby and parking were phenomenal. The lady from room service is spectacular. Love her! The property by itself is not 100% at it's top level but the hospitality provided by it's employees makes the difference. They are very accommodating. THANK YOU EVERYBODY! Enjoyable and Reliable Hotel in Souh of Cali

The NH is probably the best choice for a quality hotel in the South end of Cali. The location is excellent, including quick access to three shopping centers. The NH may be a little older, but it is relatively well cared for. Most of the staff are dedicated to providing good service. My family and I have stayed here about a dozen times in twenty years. We keep coming back because we are always made to feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel The NH is probably the best choice for a quality hotel in the South end of Cali. Excellent Place To Stay

This hotel is beautiful inside and out. It is a first world place. The staff is extremely friendly from the housekeeping staff up to the front desk and restaurant personnel. Many speak English. They make you feel at home. The rooms are nice and functional with separate air conditioners for the room and the salon. This hotel is beautiful inside and out. It is a first world place. My first time to Cali, Colombia

Hello, I had the best experience in Cali, Colombia. Not only was the rooms nice and clean the staff was very professional and sincerely kind. I will stay at NH Cali Royal on my next visit. There are some key people I would like to give extra Thanks too. Daniel - Front Desk attendant He was extremely helpful with my visit and very professional. The following staff was VERY polite, pleasant and eager to assist me even with my broken Spanish..
