Excellent location, with very accommodating staff. Room was very clean and looked like it was recently updated. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great overall experience in the Lake Havasu area. Excellent location, with very accommodating staff. Great Stay

Overall, the accommodations are very comfortable. The only drawback is if you have a boat or other toys, you cannot park them at the resort. This can be inconvenient when having to unhook from your vehicle everyday and park in boat storage lot. More work cuts into play time. Overall, the accommodations are very comfortable. Hot Time Share

Very hot in desert during this time, 90's daily into 100's. Renting boats and Sea Doo's very expensive, average $365.00 daily. Bullhead City 60 miles north much more affordable. Convenient resort in Lake Havasu City

Loved being here. The unit is small but has everything you could need. Very close to town and easy to get everywhere from here. Neat and clean, comfy, just what I wanted. I have already booked a return trip. Loved being here. The unit is small but has everything you could need. Very close to town and easy to get everywhere from here. Beautiful & comfortable stay

The resort was very comfortable with three beautiful pool areas, covered parking, sauna and more. The view of Lake Havasu and the sunsets were a nightly treat! Free laundry facilities are next to the office, so that was a little walk from the unit. This property is next to a very busy road so the noise made conversation on the outside patio almost impossible. But that view was worth it!
