Excellent and very nice

Excellent movement and receiving from Manager Gopinath sir is really doing an amazing job. Ms. Mona approaching is nice and excellent. We very much enjoyed the environment. One small request, yesterday we went to the Movie Theatre to watch a movie, sadly the cleanliness was very poor. The ladies toilet in the theatre was very dirty. Please maintain proper hygein. Memorable Stay at Shevroys - Yercaud

Always I stay at Hotel Shevroys when ever i visit Yercaud. Indeed it’s the 4th time I stayed here in this beautiful premises. Rooms are clean and Neat. They took good care of us even though they are operating with reduced staffs due to COVID rules. A big thanks to Gopinath and his team who is working tirelessly to ensure all is well with Guests who are visiting here. Always I stay at Hotel Shevroys when ever i visit Yercaud. Comfortable stay

Nice to stay. Friendly approach by staff. Fast and quick response by staff. More comfortable stay. We like to visit and stay here. Electricity problems has to be rectified. Otherwise no problem. Comfort stay

Staff are very humble and received us very politely. Nice experience and fell good to stay here. Cost is little high but we had comfortable stay. We faced difficulty with intercom while ordering food. Staff are very humble and received us very politely. Nice experience and fell good to stay here. Below average stay, surviving on the past glory.

Recently did a 2 night stay at this resort with family. Booking was very easy and Vijay in the reception desk was very helpful. We had to change the dates 3 times due to various reasons and we got it changed very easily with just one call to Vijay. We had booked the Pink room, which was spacious. This went so well and we were hoping to have a great stay as well. This place is located very close to the lake, so close that you could walk to the lake. These are the only 2 things that we liked about this place. All the other aspects about this place are a sad story. Rooms are pretty old, and everything in the room shows the age. Towels and bedsheets are old. They are so old that they are yellowish and sometimes torn due to age. Morning breakfast is complimentary, and includes Dosa, Pongal, Upma and Egg Omelet. Only Dosa and the omelet is worth eating. Others are tasteless and would not feel like having it. The restaurant would feel very normal restaurant with very average quality food with very average taste. The resort has some good open space around, but poorly maintained and you can see examples of mismanagement in every corner of the property. They also dump their waste in on part of the property and you will find stray dogs in the property. Probably this was a great property in Yerdcaud some time back, but not true as of today.
