San Francisco gem

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location. Charming restaurant and accommodating staff. The boutique like atmosphere is inviting and very comfortable. We were also able to make a last minute reservation after an emergency which was most welcomed. Wonderful hotel in a convenient location. Charming restaurant and accommodating staff. Stay at Pali San Francisco

Great hotel, very clean and located right next to Union square. Chinatown is also only a 10min walk away. Newly renovated rooms with a very comfortable bed and great shower. A full stocked fridge and a snack bar are available in the room. Would definitely recommend the hotel. Great hotel, very clean and located right next to Union square. Hidden Gem

The room and restaurant are amazing! The location is convenient to several great areas. The design is modern but still quite cozy. The restaurant is a hidden gem with great food and service. I would certainly recommend this hotel! The room and restaurant are amazing! The location is convenient to several great areas. The design is modern but still quite cozy. Friendly spot with charm

Helpful team and charming retro style hotel. Close to shopping in Union Square and to Chinatown (although that is very quiet at the moment). Felt like a home from home. Would recommend and felt safe and secure. Helpful team and charming retro style hotel. Close to shopping in Union Square and to Chinatown (although that is very quiet at the moment). Underwhelming

Meh. Positives: friendly staff, elevator available, clean/new/modern rooms and hotel. Expect nothing less from the brand. Negatives: location (Union Sq is grimey and the hotel is next to an underpass so quite dodgy at night, the underpass also makes drop off and pick up from Ubers annoying), room light (limited sunlight as room faced a brick wall), Daft sink layout (tiny sink with a large shelf right above it so no room whatsoever to wash face or brush teeth without spilling water everywhere - possibly the daftest set up I’ve experienced anywhere). Don’t ge the queen bed it’s too small and frankly the mattress was too soft for our liking. Get a king room if you must stay here. Finally it was our honeymoon and I had specified as such but no effs given by the hotel and staff - not even a cursory wish let alone an upgrade. Overall, splurge and stay elsewhere in SF. Meh.
