Прекрасно отдохнули

Отличный отель, хороший чистый пляж. Много баров, ресторанов, разнообразная кухня, вкусно. Очень дружественный, приветливый персонал, откликаются на любую просьбу. Просторные номера, очень чисто, удобно. Много бассейнов, есть бассейн для детей, свой пляж. Много различных мероприятий на пляже и в зоне бассейнов. Отличный отель, хороший чистый пляж. Много баров, ресторанов, разнообразная кухня, вкусно. Очень дружественный, приветливый персонал, откликаются на любую просьбу. Просторные номера, очень чисто, удобно. Много бассейнов, есть бассейн для детей, свой пляж. Много различных мероприятий на пляже и в зоне бассейнов.

Awesome Vacation

Another wonderful experience for us. Dreams is our home away from home. From the moment we arrived, & until our departure, 2 weeks later, our time there was relaxing & fun. I had a birthday , a whole week of surprises from all the staff that knew. It is the staff that keeps us coming back to Dreams, they are all outstanding, always had smiles on their faces. Thank you to Diego Mercadillo for all you did for us. It is too hard to just pick one staff member when all the following did a superb, outstanding job, a special thank you: Genero, Christina, (Preferred Lounge) Diego ( you are doing great as a manager), Joel, Rudolpho, Rolmando, Luisa, (Himitsu) Julio, Angel, Alberto, Diana (Seaside, Portofino, Mexican) Eddie (porky), Gio (baby porky), Mayte, Aurora, Crisino (chicken) (Pool Waiters) Rogelio (World Cafe) I love the way the food is handled now. Covid19 protocols were all in place everywhere in the hotel. Warning!! We're coming back,, February 2022 Another wonderful experience for us. Dreams is our home away from home. Awesome to be back in Mexico

With the exception of a few small issues like pool towels not being delivered to preferred rooms, spotty wifi and a shortage of face clothes the rest was spot on! Food was delicious with many options. Lasagna and Mahi Mahi are fantastic. The staff were very professional and eager to help. Eddie (Porky) and his brother Baby Porky were fantastic by the pool. Rogelio in the World Cafe was amazing as well always making sure his staff were helping guests promptly and keeping the entire room clean and inviting. Ps. The toaster is not there anymore but you can order toast from the wait staff and they will bring to the table. This was our 3rd trip to Dreams in Huatulco and we were very happy with our stay. They do their best to ensure covid protocols are followed and most guests seem to follow as well. Don't forget to drop a few tips for great service as these folks have been without work for a while and 20 pesos is enough to bring a brighter smile to their hard working faces. Rest,relax, enjoy!

Perfect paradise, our trip was relaxing on and fun! Food & bar service exceptional. Thanks to just a few of the staff names we recall and apologize for not recalling the men's of many more. You did your absolute best in these times and made us feel safe! Thank-you all for the great service, lots of laughs and giggles; David, great service, Julio( exceptional Spanish coffee and food recommendations,enjoyed them all),Isela, Mayte,wow what great beach service,Aurora always a beautiful smile ,Freddie,Diego & Himitso! Fun in the sun

First time to Dreams and it was great. We really enjoyed the resort and staff were friendly and attentive. Especially Genaro and Christina in the lounge, and Maite by the pool who always met us with a smile and kept us hydrated! Thanks to Roberto for the wonderful dinner in the wine room and for Neftali for the excellent wine suggestions. Also to Carlos for his entertaining coffee! We will definitely be returning. It was great to be traveling again and we’re very happy with the Covid protocol’s in place. First time to Dreams and it was great. We really enjoyed the resort and staff were friendly and attentive. Awesome paradise

We just spent two heavenly weeks at Dreams Huatulco. What a fantastic vacation. The view of the ocean from our room on the 6th floor was fantastic. There wasn't a single cloud in the sky with temperature from 31 to 35 degrees daily needless to say the adult pool was well utilized. Service was impeccable in all areas. Our poolside waiters Eddy, Mario and Felix were awesome. Our pool concierge David supplied extra towels and water daily which were greatly appreciated. Special thanks to Gennaro our fabulous server in the Preferred Club lounge who looked after us delightfully with great drinks and conversation.
