Худший из худших

Худший отель. Уборки нет. Буфет один и тот же ежедневно. Сервис на нуле. Если есть варианты другие - лучше их рассмотреть. Проблемы с горячей водой и напором воды в номере. Ресепшен трубку никогда не берёт. Из хорошего только то что тепло и море теплое, но думаю, это не заслуга отеля. Худший отель. Уборки нет. Буфет один и тот же ежедневно. Сервис на нуле. Райский отдых

Большое спасибо! Прекрасная зеленая территория, вкусная еда, рестораны a la carte - огонь!Бары у бассейна и сами бассейны - шикарны! Вечернее шоу поразили! Пляж и океан - бесценны!Попали в райскую сказку, наслаждение, кайф и комфорт! обязательно вернемся! Большое спасибо! Прекрасная зеленая территория, вкусная еда, рестораны a la carte - огонь!Бары у бассейна и сами бассейны - шикарны! Вечернее шоу поразили! Очень хороший отель, большая красивая ухоженная территория, приветливые сотрудники, много развлечений, хорошие бары

Все очень понравилось! Большая территория, приветливый персонал, большой выбор блюд, хорошие напитки. Много развлекательных и активных программ, хорошие номера. В общем все понравилось очень очень! Поездка на день рождения

Отдыхали в ноябре с 17.11.21 на 10 ночей, в целом хороший отель, огромная территория , даже слишком - за день по отелю наматывали по 15 км - ходили на пляж и в номер) .Питание в ресторане разнообразное не наскучило за 10 дней, в а ля карт были три раза ( не понравилось - не вкусно ( правда посетили китайский, испанский, итальянский ) остальные заказать не удалось- все были заняты. В номере убирать приходили всегда в обед , то есть когда мы возвращались отдыхать ((( пока я не сходила на Ресепшен и не взяла табличку - « не беспокоить».Отдых в отеле понравился , оценку снизила за долгое размещение ( три часа не заселяли !) в 18.00 ! И вымогательство денег при размещении. Хорошее место для отпуска

Понравилось местоположение, хорошие бассейны, пляж и берег, обслуживание, бары, разнообразная еда, хорошие номера. Шикарная территория!!! - просто глаз радуется и отдыхает! Из минусов: однообразная музыка целый день (к середине отпуска начинает надоедать); еда не всегда была свежей (овощи и фрукты), мясо и рыба часто слишком зажаренные, внутри не прожаренные; очень мало морепродуктов при наличии рядом океана и моря; мы приехали в сезон водорослей, из-за чего их было много на берегу (редко их убирали); телеканалы в основном на испанском языке; не везде на территории ловит Wi-Fi; плохой напор воды в номере (с перебоями); из-за технического устройства ванны и душа часто заливался пол как в ванной комнате, так и в спальне (мы приспособились). Но в целом отдыхом очень довольны! Плюсов безусловно больше, чем минусов (это просто маленькие недостатки, которые можно улучшить). very nice large resort, loving staff, clean rooms

the resort is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. We had a few issues in the room on arrival, like the AC didn't work and there was no hot water in the shower, but after we called the front desk these issues were fixed within a short time. The repair people even came at 10:30 at night to have the hot water in the shower fixed. The staff all over the resort were very kind. even though they did not speak any English, they worked very hard day in and day out to make our stay comfortable. The daily pool activities were also lots of fun. there were enough lounge chairs around the pool for everyone. The beach is not very nice and not very clean because of the algae in the water that comes out on the sandy beach, but it is still nice to walk on the white sandy beach and watch the ocean. The food was ok. One really shouldn't complain because I am sure that the cooks work very hard to put so much food on the "table" to feed so many hundreds of people 3 times a day. the only thing I didn't like too much, was, that there were not enough cooked vegetables dishes to choose from , and the ones that were offered, were most of the time finished. The same was the case with the salad bar. If one came a bit later, then the salad items were all finished. That was not nice. The pizza in the buffet was good too. The a la cart restaurants were ok. The Mexican restaurant had tasty food. the only disappointment was the Indian restaurant. The food tasted awful and actually, it was not an Indian food that was served. The main dishes that one would normally get in any Indian restaurant around the world were missing from the menu. Like Indian bread and lentils and vegetable dishes. It was very weird and the food didn't taste good at all. They had some Mango smoothie, but they did not strain the mango pulp and I almost choked on the long hard fiber that was coming from the mango and was in the smoothie. very disappointing Overall, it was a very nice stay, and we would likely come again. The staff all wore masks and followed all of the covid rules to make our stay as safe as possible. There were some guests who refused to wear masks at the snack bar or at the buffet and I didn't like that, because they put others at risk for getting sick. I think the management needs to be more vigilant about those guests who refuse to wear masks. There is just one issue that could be improved. If I may make a suggestion to the management. The coffee/tea service at breakfast lunch and dinner time always took a long time. sometimes the staff came sooner sometimes they didn't come at all to serve tea, and, when they finally came, then the tea was already cold. I think a better system would be a self-serve option where everybody could take their own tea or coffee and milk from a large thermos or other such container, which is placed on one of the buffet tables. a good HOT cup of tea or coffee is really important for breakfast or lunch I also noticed that the staff had only coffee in their kettles, many people like to drink black tea, and we never got any hot tea with our meals, because we had to wait so long for it. the resort is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. Excellent time.

We had a great experience. Mr 911 was amazing!!! He kept us moving and shaking to the music. Not sure when the guy sleeps because it seems he was everywhere making sure our vacation was extraordinary!!! Also Renxo was so fun. He was at the pool with Mr 911 keeping us entertained and making us feel so welcome. The room was so nice and close to everything. We enjoyed our train rides and the theater each night. Amazing, fun, family friendly

Yeiny aka Mr. 911 was awesome!!! My mom and I came to visit, it was my first time. The resort is amazing and the staff are all so pleasant. Luis the bell boy was so funny. They have pool games all day long. Loved the steak house. The night shows were awesome, I love the Michael Jackson one but it too yeah, the dancing and entertainment is fun all day long. Vacation

The resort is huge and you need to walk a lot or wait for the cart/ driver to take you. The room was nice but needs to be fixed (water leaking from the tub when taking a shower , air conditioner control panel broken etc). Food was not good, hard to make reservations to the restaurants. I expected more variety of fruits and vegetables. On the other hand, the entertainment/ evening shows are great, professional dancers. Beautiful view on the beach, good pools. Great staff .

We are at grand palladium for 9 days and are enjoyiny ourselves . The pool staff are great , Mr. 9 1 1 is great at encouraging the guests to join in pool games and activities , always stopping and talking and making you all feel welcome and comfortable . He is very good with people and a real asset to the Grand Palladium . We have been to this hotel before and will definitely return . We are at grand palladium for 9 days and are enjoyiny ourselves . The pool staff are great , Mr. 9 1 1 is great at encouraging the guests to join in pool games and activities , always stopping and talking and making you all feel welcome and comfortable . He is very good with people and a real asset to the Grand Palladium . We have been to this hotel before and will definitely return .
