Достойный сервис на краю цивилизации

В жизни каждого путешественника наступает момент, когда песня из детства ”На далекой Амазонке не бывал я никогда” уже не про тебя. И когда ты делаешь первый шаг в мир диких джунглей, очень важно знать (осознавать), что за твоей спиной есть последний оплот цивилизации (вода, еда, медицинская помощь, кровать, возможность выспаться и восстановить силы), коим, безусловно, является лодж – отель Decameron Decalodge Ticuna. Просторные кондиционированные номера, чистота, бассейн, простая, но вкусная еда, приемлемый выбор в баре отеля (для Средиземноморья это, конечно, троечка, но создать такие условия в центре Амазонки – это заслуживает уважения). Thanks to its manager Edgar, who does an excellent job by being present at every moment of the stay and asking every guest about their experience at the hotel. To the chef and the restaurant thank you, they provide excellent service, unparalleled authentic food and great taste. The service of Decameron Explorer is incredible, with the attention of Juliana and Manuel, a magical Amazon experience is achieved. As a family we wish to return soon for our next holiday! A small suggestion: how about a small butterfly farm as an attraction of the hotel Decameron Ticuna? Blessings to this beautiful Decameron Ticuna team. Great experience

We truly enjoyed our visit to Leticia. Their entire staff was friendly and professional and always willing to help. Juliana who checked us in always had a smile and made us feel at home. Food was excellent. The only negative was the entertainment at night, but we were so tired by then that it did not matter. Will definitely come back. We truly enjoyed our visit to Leticia. The best resort in the city of Leticia, the heart of Amazonian jungle

This is not a hotel. There are twenty mini houses surrounding the pool in a lush garden with tropical flowers and trees. Extremely kind and helpful personnel, but no many English speakers. Nearby attractions are unique - indigenous villages, jungle flora and founa. The food is great too! This is not a hotel. Leticia

The town is not touristy at all, no fast food etc. The Amazon was amazing, the monkey island was incredible, my kids had us go back again. The phone coverage and wi-fi is basically nil, you're really in the middle of nowhere. Relaxing.

The hotel is calm and quiet. The pool was large and surrounded by beautiful flowers. The room was huge with good air conditioning but an underwhelming shower. This hotel is not in the rainforest though they do offer some lovely excursions. The hotel is calm and quiet. The pool was large and surrounded by beautiful flowers.
