Great location and Convenience

Enjoyed this facility even with its peculiar layout. The location is great for the ski hills with easy access to 70 for Vail. Bus system is easy to use. Ski rental onsite was great. Pho20 Vietnamese on-site was excellent and reasonable cost. Bob’s Place bar was also close and excellent happy hour. Great place to catch games. Liquor store across street and City Market a short walk makes pickup easy. Enjoyed this facility even with its peculiar layout. Living area too small

the lodge was okay. clean however, the cleaning staff would start eary, 7:15 am and as they would go through the rooms, they woud throw the linens from the third floor to the first floor. This made noise and was distruptive to sleep. Also at tht eary time staff talked loudly to each other from first floor to the third. Great Value for the Money

We stayed for 3 nights in a 1-bedroom condo. The room was nice, we did not get housekeeping but the front desk provided us with clean towels when we asked. My husband enjoyed having the separate living room to watch his football. The kitchenette was nice, but we only used it to keep our bottle water cold and the last morning for coffee. We always had plenty of hot water for our showers. We were in the corner room above the lobby so it was always a quick in and out. We did have to use the stairs to get to our room since it was on the 2.5 floor. The hotel is within walking distance to everything. We were in town for a wedding at a Hotel on the Riverfront and it was a quick 7-minute walk there. Weird layout. Was booked for three nights..stayed one.

I’m sure for skiers this place works out great. There are common areas with fireplaces where people can gather. Condo was clean. Hallways are fine in the daylight since there is a huge sky light but at night the hallways are very dark. The route from the parking lot to our room was dangerously dark in my opinion. We requested main floor but we felt like we were in a dungeon. Our patio had a huge pine tree in front of it with the street just beyond it. Therefore we could get zero daylight in. We had planned to stay here for three nights but only stayed one. The entire place is one big maze. Just weird. I’m sure for skiers this place works out great. Christie Lodge in Avon, Colo

fine place for young folks. Not very accessible for elderly or disabled. Room was fine, but layout a bit odd. The living area was quite small but we had plenty of bedrooms and baths and it was clean.
