Fun and relaxing

The resort was great! The staff was excellent! The villa was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool area, ice cream parlor, arcade and bar nearly everyday.The food was good too. Memorable Vacation!

Very clean, organized, peaceful and a family friendly location. You will not regret staying here. Me and my family enjoyed our 7 nights stay that we are now planning on going again with more family members so that they can experience the same as us. We truly enjoyed the pools and the safe location. There is so much to do here that it becomes hard to pick an activity. Walt Disney theme park is close by 15 mins by car. Sean, the resort manager was very helpful and professional. We needed a room downstairs in the spacious 3 bedroom villa because one of our friends just had a knee surgery and could not do the stairs. Sean changed the unit for us quickly to accommodate our need when contacted and made sure we were all set. Highly recommended! Very clean, organized, peaceful and a family friendly location. Functional

The unit was acceptable for what we needed, a place to sleep. The bathrooms were very old and rusty/dirty. The kitchen had silverware, cups, glasses, and plates only three pieces of cookware and the cookie sheets were rusted out. The thermostat would only allow you to go down to 72, upstairs was very hot. Back yard was filled with raccoons and turkeys because the locals feed them so they’re becoming domesticated and not afraid of humans. If you have other choices take that option. Amazing Resort!

We absolutely loved it! It had plenty of space and the pool and lazy river were just what we needed to unwind after a long day at the theme parks. I highly recommend this, especially through the AFVC...you can't beat this deal! We absolutely loved it! Villa at Regal Palms (most of my review is chopped off due to space)

This review was sent to the property management company... GM, I would like to inform you of my stay at Regal Palms. When I first checked in at 3:30pm the unit was still being cleaned. Allison told me that it would be ready before or at 4…this was not the case when I called about 4:10, about 4:47pm I was called back to the front desk. The two younger agent Allison and Donovan exhibited a professional behavior however the older woman (Janis) and Kathy showed no interest of being friendly. Once I got to the first unit – it wreaked of smoke for which everyone in my family is allergic to, my middle son especially is sensitive as he has asthma. After calling the UVH and requesting a relocation, Sean called back in an hour where yet again I had to go to the front desk…Donovan attended to me with courtesy and respect. I had left two parking passes with wristbands for my older and younger son but they were told they could not pick them up because it wasn’t there. I called on Tuesday and spoke to Kathy – not knowing who she was speaking to said nothing was there. When I asked her how she knew which unit I was referring to she said there was nothing there in general, then I asked her to check to see how many wristbands I needed to return upon checkout for which she asked for the unit number. The experience was like staying at a Motel 6 for both units. Both units were dirty on the outside - the porch and front door areas were filled with debris and bugs. On the inside, the cable went out in one unit for which the property manager Sean and the tech was there for a few hours. I called and left a message about the internet in my unit but no one came as of yet. The window sills were filled with bugs, ants and flies while the windows were stained with mildew. The carpet was moldy/filled with grime which caused further breathing issues. In addition the upon entering the security area on our first check the guard was not in his booth –based on the directions we held the wristband on the pad but the lift was not opening, my son came out the car to approach the guard house and wait until the guard came – when he came out he was rough with his tone watching my son top to bottom with an attitude of “who do you think you are?”. After the second check in – my husband entered the area doing the same action with the wristband while a different guard mouthed to him “you don’t have to be that rough with the wristband on the keypad”.
