Is a good hotel

This hotel it’s good, the service is very good the workers are very friendly and helpful in all moments, the food are regular because the snacks are very bad, the are rooms are very good but no all the rooms, the last one tower have room very very bad, but is a good hotel, and this hotel have a very good prices. Worst hotel stay ever

Rather far away from everything No WiFi, only a slow signal in the lobby but you have to ask them to make you a unique username and password to get it. Horrible service from the staff at reception, most at the buffet,the drinks area and from the sea front life guard. You have to try very hard to get attention from reception staff especially if you have more than one query - just not happy to help. Pool and sea services didn't open till later than 11 although advertised as 10am. Room was worse: static TV screen without remote, freezing Aircon you have to ask them to change, no cupboards or night desks, 1 broken dirty wardrobe for 4 of us, 2 of the lights didn't work, toilet flushes too weakly, dirty unsafe stairs, dirty linens and towels, only one towel for 2 days for 4 of us. Food wasn't great - same things every day and most of us got sick from it. Probably some other things I forgot, but I would not recommend it at all seeing as it is advertised as a luxury all-inclusive on despegar and is more expensive than others in the centre/with a beach. Unwelcoming staff and overall terrible

Worst attention from staff ever. Photos of the hotel are a total catfish. Not the best food - 3/4 of us has stomach issues on the last days, lack of choice, mostly the same day to day. No desk or drawers just one small broken wardrobe for 4 of us and nothing upstairs. Hazardous and very dusty stairs. Toilet didn't flush properly, had to ask reception for help nearly every day. Have to ask for remote for TV which had bad static on all channels and some channels had no sound. Had to ask reception to change air con as way too cold. Didn't give us clean towels for 2 days and even then towels and linen was rather old and stained. Only 1 of the 3 lights worked in our room. Pool service was supposed to open at 10am but wasn't open till around 11.30am, same with jacuzzi and serpentine pool. Bar service not very welcoming and very watered down drinks. Nightmare!!!

NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL, IT IS VERY BAD

From the moment I arrived at the hotel I found the service very poor, they never fixed the rooms, it was necessary to argue with them every day, they robbed me of my cell phone, shoes, cap and zandalias and no one answered. I avoided many days and in the end the security cameras some do not work and neither the hotel manager puts up the face.
