It is not the place but people which make is feel like home

The place is really good, excellent staff. They made the stay as much comfortable as they could. Extremely Hospitable. A special thanks to Vineet Maurya (Manager), Dikki, Kiran, Ananta, Chi Nantu, Rajni, Deepa and Punya. I am grateful to all of them for making the experience a memorable one. Amazing place and amazing people

Club Mahindra Gangtok is located beautifully nestled amongst the mountains and valley at a height of 6000+ feet. More than the facility (which is a bit dated) the people are superb with an outstanding service attitude. I would like to call out Shanti in particular who was extremely supportive before, during and after the stay. The Chef’s spread was delicious and there was one of the staff member who was a talented singer. One of the best things which I noted during 26 hours of driving over 5 days was the complete absence of Road Rage which you find in almost every part of India. This was really surprising and noteworthy. Overall a satisfying trip despite the bad weather (heavy rains blocking roads). Nice hospitality, great food and good room service

My first visit to Club Mahindra is very well spent. Nice ambience, spacious rooms, great food and hospitality. Celebrated my 20th wedding anniversary with candle light dinner and had an amazing evening. Special thanks to Vineet (mgr) and Rajendran (Chef) my making my holiday very memorable. I stayed with my family for 3 nights. The property is little bit old and gives a worn out look with old style bathrooms leaving a lot to be desired. The rooms are well maintained but not new. The hotel staff is very cooperative and try their level best to make the guests happy. Food quality in Restaurant is decent. View from the property is nice but hotel is situated far away from MG road ( approx 8 -9 kms) . a cab will charge around 400/- for one way and it will take about 25-30 mins to reach MG road. Club mahindra needs to renovate the rooms fast enough to let the guests be comgortable. I stayed with my family for 3 nights.
