First Appearance We Thought We’d Hit a Home Run but...

All Inclusive but no cold refreshments on arrival. Basic condiments we find in every timeshare we’ve been, we’re not in our unit. Unit had spectacular balcony and view overlooking bay, but it was up the hill from the restaurant and being an older couple we used the resorts transport up and down the hill. Our food was very good but after a few nights, it seemed repetitious. They were preparing another restaurant so it will probably vary more later. Staff aimed to please, very pleasant and kind but sometimes our requests were lost in the translation. There was construction going on in our part of the resort as they are readying for their busy season. My wife awoke in the morning of our second last day with numerous red bites on her arms and back. Vacation at Pacific Grand

Wonderful vacation. All rooms have fabulous views. Quiet. Near La Ropa Beach. No private beach. Very attentive staff. Only one restaurant with need to travel 30 minutes to get to sister hotel with other options. Shuttles there an back run only 3 times daily but taxis available. Wonderful vacation. Tranqulity.

Staff is amazing. We truly loved our stay. Views were wonderful. All inclusive was very good. Long walk to the beach which was enjoyable. Led us into the village portion on Zihuatanejo. Do not come here if you do no do stairs well. Staff is amazing. We truly loved our stay. Views were wonderful. All inclusive was very good. Long walk to the beach which was enjoyable. Week in paradise

I would strongly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a week in paradise. The staff tend to all your needs, especially Javier and the service staff. The pools were fantastic!!! Was very glad I chose this adventure. I would strongly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a week in paradise. The staff tend to all your needs, especially Javier and the service staff. The pools were fantastic!!! Was very glad I chose this adventure.

Fantastic

This resort is wonderful. This is my third visit to this resort over the last five years. It’s always amazing but this one deserves a recommendation. The resort is lovely, the details make it over the top. For example: You don’t check in at an office or counter, you check in at your room. So while you’re checking in the people with you can be getting unpacked. All resorts should do this. It’s so pleasant. There was a bouquet of flowers on our bed when we arrived. There is a basket of towels next to your dipping pool. Every day there is a flower and chocolate on your bed So we are here for hurricane Rick. The day before Carolina ( the lovely woman that checked us in) texted me and told me that they were taking our patio furniture into our room and what was coming. The hurricane went through in the night and was significant. And there was no power The next morning someone called to make sure we were ok and to see if we would like some fruit and sandwiches. Later in the day they called to see if we would like some grilled meats. This place is so classy. I love it Hope to return This resort is wonderful.
