Awesome Stay!

This was a girls trip of 6 women and we all enjoyed our stay! I am not good with names but for the week of 11/5/21 -11/12/21 the morning shift person at the front desk was super wonderful. She was so friendly and I cannot wait to return for a future stay. Everyone was great and gave us information of the bus system that worked out for everyone since we did not want to rent a car. Wonderful

Everything was great! The room was huge, comfortable and well equipped. Location walkable to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Didn’t use the pool that was located by the check in desk. Awesome Place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Staff was nice. Place was clean. Beds comfy. Close to grocery stores and lots to see/do. Recommend having a car so you can get around and site see. The pool was a bit chilly for us, but that's preference. We had a nice mountain view. We would go back! We really enjoyed our stay! Staff was nice. Place was clean. Beds comfy. Check The WiFi Before Unpacking

Resort is average at best. Grounds were well kept. Hot tub pleasant with plenty of available time slots. The unit we stayed in had recently been updated, but the quality of some of the remodeling was lacking: bathroom door cannot be locked, fold down bed does not lie flat, water heater set to near scalding temperature, kitchen area poorly lighted. The resort staff was repeatedly less than helpful with a problem with WiFi in the unit. Since we were the only guests complaining of the intermittent and weak signal, we were told to call Deep Blue, the remote tech support for the resort. The WiFi problem was quickly diagnosed as a weak signal, but after four days, and calls to Deep Blue resort management, the problem was never resolved. The excuse given is that there is no local IT support for problem solving. The resort manager did offer to move us to another unit, but not knowing whether the WiFi problem was unit specific, and not wanting to waste vacation time repacking and moving, we declined. Upon check out we mentioned noted maintenance issues. The front desk clerk was uninterested, but did offer to give us a piece of paper for us to write down the issues. Ski Trip

We stayed at Club Wyndham Steamboat Springs for our ski trip, our checkin was very quick, our 2 bedroom unit was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, the drivers that took us to the base of the mountain were very friendly, asked how your day was, told you to have a good day. Just a great experience, the skiing was great, you can rent ski equipment on site. We highly recommend this resort if your going to Steamboat Springs.
