Terrible and Terrible

Location : 5 min drive from main road far from beach Rooms : This is a flat in a tower. You can stay up to 5-6 person Rooms are big enough Facility : Flats are dirty, beds are not comfortable and the bathrooms was really terrible. There is no any in door amenities such as shampoon soap etc. Pools : Regular common pools nothing special Staff : There is no staff except the security of main entrance Result : If you have chance you can try different hotel in Jaco. Much More Than Anticipated

Some friends rented an AirBnB in Jacó Bay. Originally, I was concerned about the walk, but it was more convenient than I expected and the unit was great. Large and spacious with a fantastic view of Jacó and the ocean - definitely a good deal. The pool got great reviews and the security felt adequate. No issues with the elevators or other mechanical items with the building. Located very close to Chuck’s WoW surfboard rentals, a popular breakfast place, and local pizza. Convenient, Spacious, Friendly Location

The Jaco Bay Resort Condominium complex is in a convenient location … about a 3 block walk to an excellent beach & 2 blocks to an excellent Supermarket. There are a great variety of good restaurants up & down the main street within easy walking distance. The Pool is huge & the pool & grounds well cared for. The staff are friendly and accommodating. A great choice for a beach vacation in Costa Rica. Nice upscaleprivate place

I love this place, the unit was very nice, huge bedrooms, nice equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. Nice television sets with cable in living room and two of the bedrooms. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are amazing. The complex is very well located, making the whole area of Jaco accesible, shops, restaurants and within walking distance to the beach! Very secure as well, you must go thru a gated security in order to access the complex. Will definitely go back. I love this place, the unit was very nice, huge bedrooms, nice equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. Nice television sets with cable in living room and two of the bedrooms. Jaco Bay Condominiums

Very nice place. Condo 1604 was clean with all the amenities. The condo is definitely set up for a family. Three bedrooms one for adults (queen size bed) and two rooms for kids (2 single beds each). Not ideal for three adults but acceptable. Access was difficult due to construction on the main entrance and there was no sign to indicated the reception office. Reception was quick and helpful. I speak Spanish, English only speakers may have difficulties. The pool was beautiful and the grounds well kept and extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. No towels for the kitchen, but otherwise there were plenty for the bathrooms and the pool, Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The staff was cordial and helpful. After using the microwave once it stopped working. We informed the staff but since the condos are owned privately, the owner would have to fix or replace. We didn't miss it.
