Huge indoor pool.

Wonderful front desk staff. Willing to get the activity director for just my granddaughter to do a suncatcher when I inquired if it was still available. Nice size pool. Condo faucets gleaming and everything well kept. My husband commented on how well he slept. Wonderful front desk staff. Great place for a family gathering

This is our second time holding a family gathering at Tamarack. We rent 2 condos so the grandparents can have the grandkids and the young adults/parents can have their own space. Then everyone meets at the grandparents condo for meals and activity planning. For the little ones the indoor pool is wonderful. When we parted this year everyone was asking about next year. Damper on our Family Vacation

Location was the key to our trip and this resort was definitely located in a great place for visiting Dells attractions. The activities on the property appeared to be wonderful as well, though we only used the indoor pool and the playground briefly. Those were the only things my family found positive during this stay. When we attempted to check in at 4 PM we were told our condos were not yet ready, and we had to wait 1 1/2 hours before something became available for check in. When I attempted to get a later check out for this inconvenience I was told that wouldn't be possible as other customers would be waiting to check in. Since we had 2 units I was able to see the differences between the two. Specifically, one of our condos had 4 dining chairs, the other 6 (condo sleeps 6). One condo had only a bare floor in the living area, the other a small rug. One condo was even missing an entire refrigerator shelf! About every 2 days I had to contact the front desk for maintenance as we continually ran out of hot water. After all this the most aggravating factor was cleanliness. We were told at check in our condos weren't ready because they were still being cleaned. After we were finally able to "move in" we found a wad of someone's hair in our bathroom, and then when I went to take the resort provided blow dryer out of the carrying bag I found someone else's used paper mask! In the other condo my daughter immediately stepped onto on open safety pin on the bedroom floor, and near this on the floor was a container of a half eaten jello shot. Overall this resort has a great location and many amenities, but cleanliness and safety didn't appear to be part of their agenda. It was very disappointing as we were told the very reason for our delayed check in was due to cleaning of the condos. RCI has dropped the ball, read on and see why!

Overall we were satisfied with this condo and found it just the same as we did ~ 3 years ago when we stayed here. It's spacious, clean, well-maintained and convenient to all locations. In unit wifi is solid and speedy. That said, RCI gets a big "F" for informing the traveler about check-in procedure. Our written confirmation had us checking in at the property, as we did last time, but.. . Since Wyndham has owned RCI for quite a few years and since Wyndham terminated their check-in agreement with Tamarack (where this property is located) several years ago, the fact that we had to check-in a Wyndham's main property several miles away should have been noted on our confirmation. It wasn't! Instead we went to the address shown on our confirmation (where we checked in on our previo9us stay) only to learn we had to turn around and drive several miles in order to check-in. Had this change over in check-in procedure been changed between the time we were confirmed and when we checked in, I MIGHT understand it. However, several of Wyndham's personnel confirmed the change was at least two years ago. That we were directed to the wrong location is just asinine! Perfect Family Vacation

My family of 5 and I spent our Spring Break here and truly enjoyed ourselves. Close enough to all the action, but plenty of things to do on the resort itself. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and we all had a great time! Would definitely go back. My family of 5 and I spent our Spring Break here and truly enjoyed ourselves.
