Хороший отель, 4 звезды, правда не помешало б немного обновиться. В целом хорошо! Бронировали через китайское приложение. Без завтрака. Отель далеко от центра, от аэропорта на двух автобусах. Метро вторая ветка примерно в 800 метрах. Депозит в размере 400 юаней. Хороший отель, 4 звезды, правда не помешало б немного обновиться. В целом хорошо! Бронировали через китайское приложение. Far & Yet Near to West Lake

About 3 star quality. Room is quite small, esp wardrobe & furnishings eg. are carpets are a bit old. 10 minites walk to MRT. Far and yet West Lake is reachable by commutation. Generally satisfied with week-long holiday. Managed a short trip to nearby towns like Suchou and Shanghai. About 3 star quality. An Excellent Place to ComeHome To

The Jinma International is located on the outskirts of Hangzhou, that being said it still has numerous shopping stores, mall and touristy things to do walking distance from it. The communication would be a problem but the people are very tech savy and you translators on their phone to communicate with you. They are happy to help with everything. The rooms are well sized and have all the necessities- the only thing we notice the airconditioner in our room wasnt working to capacity and it got hot and muggy in the room on the days/nights that it was warm. Also the hotel doesn't seem to be well soundproofed- you could hear the car noise all the time even though we were on the 15th floor. We loved the hotel breakfast and dinner there were excellent value and the people always tried to make us most welcome. Nice people but nightmare checkout.

The room was okay and the breakfast was good. Travelling into town and West Lake fairly easy by subway but took 40 min. - one hour. Communication was difficult because no one could speak English. It took me an hour to check out and it never really worked out to everyone's satisfaction. The room was okay and the breakfast was good. Visit Hangzhou from Xiao Shan

Lobby is quite grand but rooms are quite small and very basic. Xiao Shan is quite far from downtown Hangzhou though Jinma Hotel is 2 blocks away from the nearest MRT Station. Taxi fare to the MRT Station is quite cheap. Lobby is quite grand but rooms are quite small and very basic. A nice hotel

The staff are friendly if you can communicate with them in Chinese. They speak very little or no English at all. I spoke a little Chinese, hence I was able to get all the help I need. The location of the resort is quite a distance to the local tourist attraction, therefore you will need to commute quite a bit. Public transportation is easily available. The nearest bus stop is about 3 minutes walk from the hotel, and the nearest metro is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. One thing I dislike about this hotel is the noise coming from the streets and corridor. The room I was in was in Level 17, and I can still hear the noise from the streets.
