Отель-спасение !

Отель - спасение ! После событий на паспортном контроле в Париже , и потери моего багажа французами …….., - это было лучшее место для того чтобы переключиться и расслабиться ! Очень красивая территория вокруг ! Замечательный сервис ! Профессионал с большой буквы Магда , ктороая успокоила меня и сделала все возможное , чтобы найти мой потерянный багаж ! Спасибо большое за все ! Отель очень удобно расположен относительно аэропорта, 20 мин на такси . Очень красивая природа вокруг ! Если выйти за территорию отеля и пойти погулять , то можно найти потрясающие выды для фото , плюс ко всему рядом заповедная зона , вприбрежии бухты , где расположен отель очень богата фауна Смело можно ехать с детьми все есть для этого бассейн , пляж неглубокий и приятно , что есть песок ! Я бесконечно благодарна персоналу за оказанное внимание и понимание ситуации !10из 10 спасибо !!!! Отель - спасение ! Испорченный отдых

Бронировали этот отель на 2 ночи перед вылетом. Ожидания: бунгало с собственных бассейном, у отеля 5 звёзд (на букинге), чистота, 720 евро за 2 ночи, рядом море. Реальность: 720 евро, грязь везде, запах в бунгало канализации, чужие волосы везде, постоянно не работающие карточки от номера, до ресепшен в горку минут 8-10 пешком, разорванные подушки, в целом 1 день мы потратили на жалобы, но ничего не было исправлено. Highly recommend this secluded retreat!

My daughter & I selected this hotel because it was on the other side of the island from Athens, where we would be seeing the sites & catching ferries to the islands. We wanted a place to relax before our week-long stay & then again before we left. It was secluded and quiet, with a view of the ocean. It was also only a 15-minute drive from the airport! We checked in early afternoon on Friday Oct 1 and late evening on Friday Oct 8. Most of the staff was very helpful, in particular the trainee (Joanna) we encountered on our 2nd stay during our trip - one week from the 1st night. She went out of her way to assist us with our check-in and early morning departure. She was pleasant & efficient, while the gentleman who checked us out the next morning seemed bored by us. Early-morning checkouts are stressful, it helps to have staff who can give you a smile & who seem to care. We loved our room so much the 1st night that we booked it again for our last night. The staff in the restaurant upstairs were very sweet. It was mandatory to wear a mask at all times - almost everywhere in Greece, but especially the hotel lobby, so don't forget! The pool area, the sandy little beach, and the restaurants were all lovely. Take a walk & explore the area, enjoy the quiet time, then drive to Athens for fun. The room was equipped with a coffeemaker, the bathroom was very nice and we opted for a sea view with a balcony each time. Be sure to enjoy dinner out on the patio of the upstairs restaurant - it has the most amazing view! At night with the lights on the water, is just breathtaking! There's also a little poolside restaurant with decent sandwiches (check them before walking away, they don't automatically included condiments we Americans normally take for granted - like mayo or mustard). The poolside bar is nice and the bartender was very friendly. There's also another restaurant around the corner from the pool that has a very nice menu. They also have a spa, pity we didn't have time to check it out. Beautiful Ocean View Room in Greece

Small hotel style room overlooking the Aegean Sea was a welcome vacation to a faraway land. Greece is a beautiful country with friendly people. Our stay was perfect in every way except we had requested an upgraded room which we did not receive. The reception staff did not understand our request for a 1 bedroom unit and therefore gave us a one bed unit. Despite the smallness of the room, we were able to adjust to the time change, I was able to finish knitting and assembling a sweater jacket as a Christmas gift and we even got out to the local sites and antiquities. Lots of lies from the hotel general manager Christina Mavroeidi next to an awful service.

My husband booked a romantic package for us to celebrate his birthday which cost 900 euro (!) but our stay turned out to be anything but romantic. The worst is that a highly unprofessional service in this hotel is largely driven by their general manager Christina Mavroeidi who confirmed that the service was not to the level of a 5-star hotel as they claim to be, and promised us a voucher for 1 night stay as a compensation but she never responded to two emails we sent her afterwards! She lied into our face, in front of her front desk employees, and promised something she never delivered. I will post the email my husband sent her at the end of the review and would appreciate if anyone could advise whether we can complain to any authorities about her lies. Ah, and funny thing : our friends stayed in this hotel in June, didn't like it at all and after posting a negative review, the hotel asked them to remove it in exchange for a one night stay voucher. I believe this is how they can still maintain a good rating. Our complaints were also about many other things: - while paying 900 euro for 2 nights we got plenty of ants in the room which were attacking any food you would leave in the room (the best villa they have by the way!) - the fridge wasn't working and at 10pm we had to call both a room cleaning to remove the ants and to fix the fridge - we booked a romantic dinner in the room which was brought in an hour later and it was cold, not to mention tasteless and looked like it was made of all leftovers in the kitchen. And here's an email my husband sent to the lying general manager, it's in Greek: Date: Thu, Oct 7, 2021, 23:12 Subject: Re: Επικοινωνία σχετικά με το voucher To: Καλησπέρα σας, Θα μπορούσατε να μας στείλετε το voucher που μας υποσχεθηκατε κατά το check-out την Τρίτη 05.10; Αν θυμάμαι καλά, περιλαμβάνει μια διανυκτέρευση σε δωμάτιο με πισίνα με πρωινό και δείπνο. The hotel is so very welcoming, super friendly, highly efficient staff where nothing is too much trouble . We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a bungalow room which was just lovely . Big hotel, funny mix of guests, SPA didn't convince us

Beautiful location of this hotel on a shallow and sandy bay, close to the airport however only few of the smaller planes to the island pass over the hotel. With kids the buffet style breakfast and dinner are convenient and are of good value. For a hotel of this class, the coffee machines and grains used could be a notch better. You pay extra for the barista-made coffee, which we did. The crowd is a funny mix of business travelers, aircraft teams, vacationers, quite a lot of elder French couples with their own young animation team. We didn't like the cigarette butts in the beach area (dangerous for kids and nature as well!). We had another issue, which the reception staff Maria and Chara handled with incredible professionalism. Now to the SPA: based on our two booked massages we were not convinced, as we are used to better services in similar hotels: the SPA menu is printed without prices, the prices themselves are steep (100-120E for 60 minutes of massage), the massage is ok but nothing to write home about, no tea offered after the massage and if you ask for a drink you get tap water in a cheap plastic cup! We were disappointed that both treatments lasted 15-20 minutes less than promised and sold. If you try the SPA, make sure you get what you pay for.
