GREAT - Watch What Unit You Get!

This review is intended to provide information and be honest about our experience. We spoke with other renters who were having amazing experiences and will provide the best suggestions possible based on that information and our experience. Right off the top: Make sure you know what unit number you are in. All units are individually managed by the owners who are responsible for amenities and cleanliness. Talk to the owner directly to ensure you are comfortable with your selection. If you arrive and are unhappy with your unit, contact the owner through the booking site, but also notify the booking site of your dissatisfaction. We were in #304 - the view was obstructed by trees and was against a 4 lane busy Alt 19 highway. The highway is so busy that it renders the balcony unusable. We could also hear the road noise in the bedroom at night and sirens are an often occurrence. Please understand that we are accustomed to being beside Gulf Blvd so noise is normal...but there was no escaping this level of traffic noise. We had no phone in our unit for local calls, no barbeque utensils for the beautiful grill area and limited utensils for cooking. The unit itself was dirty. The one bedroom units are small and suitable for 2 people only. We didn't even have a table in our unit so not great if you're travelling with kids. The kitchens are one person kitchens. There are 2 bedroom units on the property as well. The lower number units are against the busy road with a limited view. The units in the middle overlook the pool and hot tub with a view of the inland waterways. The far end overlooks the waterway and the marina. There is a lovely heated pool and hot tub which were very clean during our stay, a covered and protected barbeque area and ample parking. This location is not suitable for walking because of the busy highway. There is an adjacent Pinellas Trail which is suitable for both riding and walking. Great place for vaccation!

We stayed in apartment 310 and it was the 3 rd year in a row We spent at this place! We love it! It feels like a second home now. Close to everything, nice beaches, outlet shopping, only 90 minutes to Orlando and all the theme parks. We stayed in apartment 310 and it was the 3 rd year in a row We spent at this place! Vaca turned long term

We rented a condo for a week and loved it so much, we found another unit that was available longer term. We absolutely love it here! The views of the bay are phenomenal, regardless what side you’re on! Everyone we’ve met here, be it owners or renters, are all so nice! The pool is heated, which is awesome! We love that there are grills that we can use to grill out. Just a great atmosphere and close to everything!! Unit 404 Wonderful View and Awesome Pool and Room

Loved watching dolphins from balcony. Room super clean and updated. Balcony was big and just loved it. Great Location! Watch the boats! Stayed for a week in this adorable unit 313.

Being familiar with the area, this place was a great location; so very close to beach fun and food. The view was so beautiful and peaceful. The resort was immaculate. Nicely upscale and clean. Quiet also. Pool area was so inviting and loved that hot tub! We are planning a return visit in the Fall.
