Хороший отель не для приверед...

Отдыхали в отеле в начале февраля 2019г. Отель построен 1998г, конечно поизносился, но апартаменты огромные и просторные с двумя спальнями, двумя ванными комнатами, кухней, большим холодильником и просто огромной лоджией и шикарным видом на бассейн и океан! Кухня без изысков, но вкусно и голодными мы не оставались, даже наоборот! Большой бассейн и для малышей есть бассейн, бар и уютная территория. Вечером можно поиграть в бильярд или выпить бокал пива в баре под музыку. Тихий и уютный, хоть и большой отель! Отдыхали в отеле в начале февраля 2019г. Нам понравилось

Начитавшись отрицательных отзывов про этот отель, ехали сюда с опаской. Однако нам очень повезло: нам предоставили 326 номер Т2 с огромной Террассой.Вид с террассы прекрасный. 2 спальни, гостиная, приличная кухня. 2 хороших санузла, небольшой минус- старые стационарные фены. Остальные предметы в номере все обновлены. На террассе есть джаккуззи, но мы ею не пользовались.Территория уютная. Отдыхающие в основном англичане. Днем- семейный отель, после 11 вечера- все тихо. Спится хорошо под шум прибоя, но вот подушки для меня несколько маловаты, но это не проблема. В отеле есть небольшой магазин, ресторан, спортзал. А вот некоторые тренажеры уже требуют замены. Здесь же небольшая сауна и прохладная джаккузи.Персонал приветливый, особенно внимателен был дежурный на рецепции Гектор. Парковка у отеля своя, бесплатная. Свободные места всегда были. Есть пляж, небольшой и не самый хороший. Но, имея прокатное авто, можно доехать до любой точки острова, что мы собственно и делали. В целом отель нам понравился. Удачное расположение, отличный пляж под боком

Отель оставил очень приятные впечатления. В основном, благодаря расположению - если берете напрокат машину, дорога до самых основных мест притяжения составит не больше 30 минут (столица, парки, пляжи, дюны и т.д.). От аэропорта 20 минут. Парковка имеется. Полностью оборудованная кухня (было все и даже немного больше), вид на океан из всех номеров, прямо рядом с отелем отличный уединенный пляж (за калиткой). Большие номера. Из минусов отмечу староватую мебель, платный wifi и слабоватое питание. Отель оставил очень приятные впечатления. Устаревший отель по приемлемой цене.

Отель устаревший. Кухонная мебель давно требует замены. Набор посуды минимальный. НЕТ всего необходимого. Соли,сахара, чая и т.д. - ничего нет. Хотя сейчас часто практикуется наличие этих продуктов в аппартаментах. Интернет,телевизор,даже весы для багажа - все платно. Рядом находится картинг - рев машин очень сильный. Ближайший магазин - минимаркет Дино. Больших магазинов нет. Даже в декабре имелись проблемы с парковкой. Из плюсов - все номера имеют отличный вид на океан и большой балкон с мебелью. Факты

Отдых планировался быстро. Нужен был нормальный отель, но без питания. В Гран Канарии во второй раз и не хотелось быть привязанной к отелю. Район San augustin был нужен, поскольку очень удобный в расположении. Нашла bluebaybeach club. 1. Отель в районе Bahia Feliz. До Сан Агустина километров 5. 2. Отель на горке и ветра постоянно. 3. номер большой, 2 комнаты, хорошая терраса. Отличный вид на океан из холла рецепшена. Все!!!! Плюсы окончены! Отель естественно старый (новых почти нет). По правилам именно этого отеля положено 3 раза в 7 дней менять полотенца и 2 раза постельное. За 9 дней пребывания сменили все только 1 раз! Но постель застилали каждый день. Полы не мыли ни одного раза. Сантехника старая, но её можно хотя бы чистить, чтобы не было водного камня. А у них весь этот камень уже покрылся зелёным цветом. На кухне посуду не моют, но зато, если вы помоете её сами, они вам её аккуратно разложат по столу у раковины :) Бассейн - ледяной!!! Джакузи тоже! Кстати, из него даже в итоге воду спустили. Не популярен он у отдыхающих. Интернет платный. Работает полунормально только возле рецепшена. Цена на интернет ошеломиссимо!!!! Брать не стоит, даже если очень надо. Лучше в любом кафе спросить пароль от wifi (скажут без проблем) и плавайте в нете сколько надо. Кондиционер и вентилятор (тож присутствует) очень шумные. Если номер на первом этаже коты будут вашими постоянными гостями. Полотенца для бассейна залоговые + по 2€ за пользование каждый день за каждое полотенце. Could be lovely

We were told we were booking a 4star hotel but it's definitely a low 3star. It's a lovely resort and the rooms are enormous but haven't been updated since the 80s by the look of them, very tired and quite shabby. The pool isn't heated and is freezing and very small, the staff are run off their feet but very friendly and helpful. It's a nice area for a very quiet relaxed holiday but if you're expecting a 4star hotel you will ve very disappointed. We were told we were booking a 4star hotel but it's definitely a low 3star. Not what I exspected

We’ve just come back from a family holiday after 2 years of no holiday (covid fault),the rooms are very big and very clean,the pool area and hotel is very clean and is cleaned daily.The snack bar is very limited to time you can eat 12 till 5 as we was self catering and the nearest restaurant was a taxi away not to expensive 20euro return but did bump our holiday spending up,after a few days the hotel got a bit boring as there was no music or entertainment,so we went out a lot to playa del ingelise (another taxi exspence) if your looking for a chill no entertainment and a quite time then I would recommend this hotel but if your looking for fun and family entertainment this isn’t the right place. Mr and Mrs

We are in this hotel now. After our first 2 weeks dreading our 3 more weeks. The appartment is lovely, big and bright. The rest is not so. The place must be a real heaven for the smokers, smoking in probably each room and balcony, even by the pool where it is not allowed. Honestly, can't sit on our balcony in the evenings, my chest hurts. And the noise from virtually non stop very, very loud music by the pool during day and also evening performances. Also, so many people crowded by the pool, difficult to get a lounger. The food is, if not cold, lukewarm. The staff are hard working and nice, so noisy by the pool though. There is no beach within an easy reach. Very upset and disappointed. We were so much looking forward to our 5 weeks' holiday here. We are in this hotel now. Great service, basic, clean but needs some TLC

We have spent a week at Bluebay Beaxh club with 2 teens. We upgraded to a penthouse and it was worth it for the hot tub. All of the staff we met were really helpful and courteous. Everyone wanted to help without effort and we were always made to feel welcome. Big shout out to Marco on reception and to the lovely lifeguard with a beard. What a kind and beautiful human being he is, we left him a bottle of wine for just being kind, respectful and helpful. Positives Great pool and good for kids Large balcony and rooms (penthouse) Staff helpfulness - top effort Covid management Location is good, restaurants and shop in 5 min walk l, much better with hire car tho. Happy hour 12-2pm Plenty of sunbeds and they remove the towels is not used (bravo)! Quality of food was food (burgers,pizza etc) Negatives Entertainment was poor quality and not on everyday - better than nothing though. Car parking limited but road parking free (although a bit of a bun fight) Rooms and pool area needs some TLC could be 4* easy with this. No information on check in - rules, room info, safe (you have to pay €20 extra), hot tub controls, phone number for reception. No food in restaurant after 5pm We would return to Bluebay Beach Club as the positives far outweigh the negatives but it could be that little bit better and maybe it is just not in Covid times. OK hotel but you’ll need a hire car!

Hotel - the hotel is nice, the public areas are kept very clean and it didn’t feel unsanitary in any way. The pool is fun, it’s a bit old and a little tired in places but our kids loved it. The lifeguard is very friendly and wanted to make sure the music wasn’t too loud or anything like that, and the restaurant staff are all very lovely. Marco on reception was very helpful but unfortunately the other people on reception were less so, meaning when he left notes for his colleagues to action the following day they didn’t until we chased. The pool restaurant snack bar is good for a drink, we only ate there once and the food was average. 2 weeks before the trip I saw that one of the suite apartments was available and tried to contact the hotel to pay to upgrade. After 16 phone calls and 6 emails I was told a note had been put on our reservation and to sort it out at the reception on arrival. When we arrived they didn’t have the room available any more. I had also asked the guest relations lady whether we needed a hire car and she didn’t respond, which would have been helpful if she had in hindsight. Which brings me onto the next point… Location - this hotel is not in the best location on the island. The beach is not very inviting compared to the other golden Sandy beaches nearby in Amadores for example. The biggest issue for us was the taxis - we were a family of 4 and at the moment they are only allowing 3 people in a taxi to ensure social distancing. This was a big problem for us and very expensive as we had to get 2 taxis everywhere as we were unable to get a rental car once we had arrived on the island. You can’t walk to any of the local attractions from the hotel so we wasted lots of money travelling! There are buses but again due to the location it’s a long way to travel anywhere, to get from the hotel to the water park (15m in taxi) would have been 27 stops on the bus. I had read about the go kart track and airfield causing noise disruption but that was not our experience, the airfield didn’t bother us at all the light aircraft that were using it were infrequent. The go kart track was closed so that obvs didn’t bother us! Rooms - they are very spacious and kept nice and clean. They have very basic amenities, I was expecting a wider range of cooking utensils and an oven (had to throw our oven pizzas away when we realised we didn’t have any way of cooking them!) but there’s just a hob and microwave so bear that in mind when shopping. Spare pillows and blankets would have been beneficial was the pillows were quite flat and it got quite chilly in the night! Overall - I went into this holiday expecting it to be cheap and cheerful but I did expect that at the least the hotel staff would communicate properly with us. The pool was lovely though and overall we had a super time and enjoyed lots of quality time on our long overdue family holiday.
