Great resort for many reasons

We’ve stayed at the Sedona springs or it’s sister resort next door…The Villas…for 20+ years now, and they are always on the top of our short list of best timeshares in Sedona for many reasons. First of all, the location can’t be beat for accessibility to trails as well as necessities like groceries and pharmacies. It’s far away from “The Y”, therefore avoiding all of that traffic and back up on the weekends. The property is very very nice, and very well kept, the staff both in the office and on the grounds are super friendly and helpful, and the units themselves are well maintained and pretty current. My only complaint, and it’s a significant one, is that the couches, side chairs and dining chairs are all bottoming out, both in Sedona Springs as well as the Villas , which makes it very uncomfortable to sit for any period of time without getting back and hip aches etc. The beds are good, altho I personally prefer a firmer bed, I realize most people probably don’t. The linens are just fine, the towels a bit rustic and rough but I realize some of that is prob to prevent people from walking off with them if they were too nice. My only other complaint is that the kitchen utensils and cookware were not the greatest if you intend to cook much at home. Again I realize most people don’t do much of that when they are on vacation but if you do, like we do, you’re going to want to bring your own knife set at least. Great location

This property is in your ideal location in the heart of Sedona with easy access to all things. The property is well-maintained and the staff is super friendly. Location, Location, Location!

The very good: Location in West Sedona; a dozen or more restaurants, grocery stores, etc within easy walking distance. The free! stargazing in the resort parking lot was wonderful! (Even with the cars driving thru with their lights on every few minutes.) The good. Unit was spacious, clean, stocked with plenty of supplies (because no housekeeping, even with a 2-week stay), and multiple TVs. The not so good. Furniture badly worn. I literally thought I was going to fall through the seat of an easy chair in master bedroom. Other sofas also uncomfortable. Picturesque and Serene, Lots of Natural Beauty

Visited town of Sedona again, stayed there with family several times over the years. I never get tired of being there, such natural beauty! This resort was large, roomy, very clean, well equipped, and quiet (enjoyed privacy), very helpful staff, plenty of parking. I highly recommend this resort! Don't listen to the Complainers

This was fantastic. The negative reviews are definitely not earned. The 1 BR until was really large, had two sitting areas, a full bath, "air tub", large shower and downstairs 1/2 bath, a comfortable bed, amazing views, and a washer and dryer which we didn't expect. There were a few tiny things, like some bulbs that weren't replaced, the air filter needed changing, etc. - but the place is fantastic. I will go there every single time I can.
