Gateway Stay to a Pocono Visit

Convenient location, just off route 80. The townhouses mostly surround a small lake for a pleasant setting. Townhouse was clean and everything functional. Could use updating, but overall, comfortable with everything you need and you will get a good night's sleep. We visited during mid October, and the Pocono area, the town of Jim Thopre (a must see!), and PA state parks did not disappoint. Would recommend the Tavern near the entrance to the development/Quail Hollow location for eats and drinks. Try to get a lake front townhouse to better enjoy the visit! Believe the reviews

This place is horrible. I booked a week here before I read all the bad reviews. All true. The upper decks on all units are posted unsafe, do not enter. We couldn't see through any of the three sliding doors because of the film inside the glass. The ceiling was peeling from water damage and mold everywhere. Especially in the bathrooms. We had to buy scented candles to get rid of the musty smell. Cigarette butts in the outside ashtray. We wiped down the railing to sanitize. The wipes were black. These units are just barely in working condition and very dirty. They do supply three coffee filters (no coffee), a 1/2 mini bottle of dish liquid, and two trash bags to go inside the crusty can. I hate to write such a bad review but RCI should remove this resort from its listing. It's sad because it's such a great location but the entire resort is falling apart. This place is horrible. Homeless Motel Level “ DO NOT BOOK and STAY HERE!!!”

We walked in and just left. This place was so old and yucky, we could not even stay inside the resort for a minute. We just returned the room key and we had to book another hotel to stay for our vacation duration!!! We walked in and just left. Do not stay here

The place is a dump, smelly, moldy and dusty. Cannot use the upstairs deck because it is unsafe. Toilet seats are chipped and rusty. The tv in our bedroom is the old cube style tv. The trash can is a so dirty and doesn't have a lid. The furnishings look like from the thrift store, stained and rusty. We bought scented candles to get rid of the smell. Aging spacious property in need of TLC

TLC needed for these aging properties. The exterior is worse than the interior if you can get passed that. View from window confirmed this too. Quiet cozy unit. updated carpeting, comfy bed. Very old everything else. It was clean, deck was gross, upper deck basically had a skull & crossbones warning on slider. Fitness center and club house were nice. Area attractions were not too far to travel. Previous occupant may have had a smelly dog on the the couch. Air conditioner/heater worked, as well as other appliances except hair dryer.
