Awesome place but noisy kids!!!

We love Iron Blosam, we’ve been here before and thought about buying, but on this trip a family with a bunch of kids are ruining it for us. We’ve asked the front desk multiple times to ask them to have the kids walk down the hallway but with two days to go in our week, they’re still at it. The noise echoes all through our unit as they run up and down multiple times in a few minutes. Sometimes talking loudly too. As I wrote this they’ve run and up and down three times. This is a gorgeous place between summer and ski seasons, we love it, but this trip has been seriously spoiled by a family with shoddy parenting. We are leaving a day early. I have been an owner for 31 years

We spent over $1,500.in fees for our units last year for a TIME SHARE unit we have owned for 30 years. When it came time to use our units we were told we could not use our untits and we could NOT GET OUR MONEY BACK!!! We were told we were SOL with no recourse. This year we PAID AGAIN when we showed up we have had to endure JACK HAMMERS, CONSTRUCTION NOISE FROM 7:30 AM TILL 4PM. Iron Blossom did not respond to the residence of week 16's complains. The manager would not respond and their were 20 people at the front desk complaining and NO ONE could help. We were ALL on vacation and they REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESORT. Great time with the family!

From the minute you enter the resort till the day you leave, the service and people are exceptional! It's been years since I was there last but the resort looks great and upgraded over the years. It's a great place to take just your spouse or your whole family. The 100 degree pool overlooking the mountain is just breathless! You have to experience it for yourself to really appreciate it!! Hope you get a chance to! From the minute you enter the resort till the day you leave, the service and people are exceptional! It's been years since I was there last but the resort looks great and upgraded over the years. It's a great place to take just your spouse or your whole family. Gorgeous views and mountain scenery!

Iron blossom lodge is situated right at the base of snowbird mountain with magnificent views of snow capped mountains and blue skies. Skiing is great at both snowbird and adjacent Alta ski resorts. The resort has very friendly and helpful staff to make your stay comfortable. Great spot

Check in was great , perfect location, front desk excellent help, great restaurants and food, outdoor pool in winter was great, hot tub , overall high recommend this resort.
