Дружелюбный, приветливый персонал, прекрасные номера.

Комфортабельные номера, чистые и роскошные, и нам понравилась эта хозяйская гостиная. Близко от всего, и очень хорошо было иметь возможность бегать по утрам в Центральный парк. Персонал был очень приветлив и любезен, и, в самом деле, можно было попросить всё, что угодно. Нам, действительно, очень понравились коридорные, особенно Ови, который здоровался с нами каждый день и помогал ловить такси. Они были нашими проводниками по городу и помогали нам со всеми нашими пакетами с покупками. Они, в самом деле, очень-очень милы. Приветливая команда работников отеля сделала наш отпуск незабываемым. Номера более просторные и комфортабельные, чем в других отелях, в которых нам доводилось останавливаться. Так что, в целом, даём очень высокую оценку. Hilton in Christmas eve

Мы попали в этот отель в прошлое рождество 25 декабря 2011 года. Номер был на 15 этаже. Вид великолепный, очень урбанистический! Очень приятные туалетные принадлежности. Чистота и порядок везде. Очень тихое местона оживленных улицах Манхэттана. В номере было все необходимое, кровать была просто супер. Отличный wifi. Завтрак был не особо разнообразный. Но в блоке от отеля был Старбакс поэтому проблема не была проблемой!) все магазины в пешей доступности. Фитнесс зал просто супер, поскольку из за смены часовых поясов я ночью не спала и опробовала фитнес зал и осталась довольна. Твердая пятерка отелю и персоналу!!!! Douglas is a gem

I am the GM of a 4 star hotel in California, my parents were traveling with timeshare points and had some hiccups that were really bothering them. I reached out to Douglas and he promptly stepped in and graciously corrected the situation. It changed the tone of their trip- which was a much needed break. Thank you Douglas for your 5 star attitude and service. I can only hope my staff works up to your standard of grace and compassion. Thank you. Choose for the location, stay because the staff makes you feel special.

For a quick one night trip to midtown NYC I was looking for a place to stay close to where other family members were going to be which meant the central tourist district on Black Friday. Not wanting to sacrifice quality, safety and cleanliness, while trying to be somewhat price conscious, I found this property and it seemed to fit my needs. I was more than impressed even on such a short stay. Regine checked me in and she was just so pleasant. I was able to access my room before noon which was very helpful. The King room was a nice size and the bathroom was a very good size and nicely appointed. Regine continued to be helpful with area recommendations and I appreciated a text later that day saying how happy they were to have me as a guest. I know it is just a form thing but they made the effort and I appreciated it. Upon checkout the next day I stored my bag until later in the afternoon. When I returned Ivy retrieved my bag promptly and then escorted me halfway down the street to make sure I got a cab. I really appreciated the extra effort. This is not a full service hotel but it is a solid choice in this neighborhood which gives you easy access to so much that you come to Manhattan for. The staff make all the difference. I only mentioned two but very on e was great. Family Trip

Great family trip even though we had to split and have two rooms since they have no 2 bedroom option available. Great location, nice friendly staff, rooms were great, close access to all the tourist sites. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Great Long Weekend Trip

We loved the Hilton Grand Vacation property. You can’t beat the location and it’s convenient proximity to Central Park, Broadway shows, Carnegie Hall, and Radio City. Two markets are located on the same block, along with restaurants, coffee shops, and cafes. We loved the Hilton Grand Vacation property. Excellent

Enjoyed our stay, location was excellent, very central and easily accessible. We were able to walk or use the subway throughout our stay. Excellent restaurants around the resort, great view.
