Marathon Key. Blue Green Property.

Nice resort. Clean. The problem I had was my view. There are several rooms I will call inside cabins (cruise). Looking out my patio and seeing bushes and a sewer grate. After requesting a room change and advised it would happen after management approved it; it never happened. As a matter of fact I didn’t hear from management for three days. Needless to say the room change never happened. Nice resort. Clean. The problem I had was my view. There are several rooms I will call inside cabins (cruise). Bluegreen Club Resort

Been here twice and loved it both times! You can enjoy a nice view, pool, hot tub, grilling area, restaurant and bar, activities, boating all from the resort! A very relaxing resort and the most comfortable beds and bedding! All Bluegreen locations have very comfortable beds and great service! Jason was extra accommodating and so was the bartender! We fully enjoyed ourselves! Been here twice and loved it both times! You can enjoy a nice view, pool, hot tub, grilling area, restaurant and bar, activities, boating all from the resort! Keys getaway

Excellent management created the perfect vacation in the perfect location, halfway into keys with easy access to activities and attractions. Great room, newly renovated- good tiki bar, breakfast to Happy Hour - great prices! Live music nightly, perfect pool temperature. Front desk responsive to every need immediately. Dirty Pool & Unresponsive Staff

Although this resort was nice in most ways, the pool area was NOT one of their priorities, AT ALL! Like many of us staying at the Hammocks, we used the pool for a few hours each day of our stay. While in the pool, we noticed debris floating & submerged, which is normal; however, we were in the pool when it first opened & noticed this. This should have been addressed by the staff at the beginning of the day, & NOT when it's filled with guests. Well, both of our calls to the front desk were given lip service & a half-hearted apology, with the girl telling me at one point, "I'll do my best." After an hour or so, we saw a resort employee enter the pool area, look around the pool for about 5 seconds, then leave the area while making a cell phone call (presumably to the front desk?), & never to return. It should be noted that, when I originally called, I reported cigarette butts floating by my head, which this employee didn't even look for! DISGUSTING! Another guest also went to the front desk to complain about the dirty pool, & spoke with a male employee there, who said, "Maybe it's from the construction that's going on around the hotel." Now, there WAS construction going on, but it was in FRONT of the hotel, on the parking lot area. And even if that was the cause, is that an excuse to NOT have the pool skimmed? We're very upset that guests' complaints were totally ignored by the staff, & we will probably not return to this resort... The Worst RCI timeshare Experience Ever

Don't even consider staying in the Studio - nothing more than a hotel room. View of the parking lot. Hotel is under construction - which was not posted or RCI did not notify us. Image jack hammers taking up a tile floor Mon-Sat. Unacceptable - the Hotel should have just closed. The staff was pleasant - they could not control the environment, but it was an unpleasant experience overall. Don't even consider staying in the Studio - nothing more than a hotel room.
