Довольно уютный отель, чистые номера, еда слабенькая.приятно вечером сидеть за столиком у номера и смотреть на карибские звезды. Территория зелёная. За эти деньги в столь райском месте можно и потерпеть некоторую обшарпанность. Beautiful island. not so great hotel

Really basic hotel, nothing wrong with that, the bedrooms are clean and comfortable, and the meals are fairly decent. The bar service is an absolut disgrace, except for beer you really can't get a nice drink, like cocktails, smoothies or juices and the bartenders are terribly slow. None of the employees of the hotel speak english, in fact they don't speak any other language aside from spanish. The hotel managers don't care about their guests at all, for example: The night we stayed there an entire senior year classroom of high school students from a local school named Guayamuri (I believe I spelled it correctly) were staying too. They were loud and really annoying, at night they'd knock heavily on the bedroom doors (or even open then if they weren't locked) with the excuse of being confused. Our bedroom door was knocked twice and openned a couple of times more. Since the kids were really drunk to discuss with them, we decided to go to the front desk and speak to the manager, it was 9:30pm the front desk was closed and the manager was nowhere to be found. My husband had to try his best to comunicate with one of the bar employees to ask him to whom were we supossed to complain about this issue, his response was we had to talk directly to the teachers who were in charge of the school trip, but we didn't know who they were, I even doubt there were any teachers at all. So if you happen to have a problem while you're staying there don't expect help from any of the employees, or the managers because they simply won't be interested in helping you. On a good note, the hotel offers a fantastic spa service (wich I believe its not own by the hotel) great massages and beauty treatments for a very low cost price. Highly recommed it! sympatic hotel , nothing else

After 12 h of flight , we came with '' fast boat '' all wet at night . Service is terrible , nobody speeks english , german and of course spanish - unless you pronounce it gramatically accurate . Why - they don't care. Hotel has 2 managers who also doesn't care , Freddy and Claudio - totally not interested in their guests . We didn't manage to stay till end , we have leave the hotel 2 days after - which was very hard to do because nobody understund where you are going .... and of course we needed a boat transfer , which we had to wait for 2 hours .Never again ! Survival for own money

Never again this hotel! Really awfull food (2 days of stomache disorder), nobody from hotel speak any other language than Spanish, manager of hotel Freddy doesn't care about guest at all. Swimming pool not working whole weekend. Never again this hotel!
