Great location with awesome sunset view

We were really impressed with this place and the front desk staffs were super friendly. They even honored our requests and provided us with an Ocean View unit. The 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom large unit had everything we needed including a full sized kitchen along with washer and dryer. The swimming pool was a little dirty but we understand it is hard to keep all the bees, insects, and debris out of the pool. Since our unit was next to the swimming pool, we did see the pool getting cleaned every morning. The sunset view from our unit was magnificent. Overall, we had great experiences here and made lasting memories. We will definitely use our timeshare to stay here again, if we ever visit Kailua-Kona again. Must Stay

That View Though

The location is amazing. Walking distance (1-2 miles) to a great area for food and drinks. There is a great coffee place nearby called Green Flash Coffee. The resort itself has beautiful views, a great staff and comfortable and clean rooms! The pool areas are great and the greenery throughout the hotel is calming and lovely. The view from the pool right at the rocky shore is stunning and GREAT for sunset photos! The location is amazing. Walking distance (1-2 miles) to a great area for food and drinks. Expected better.

The units are very large and decorated lovely. Not the cleanest, we found trash under the beds in both rooms. You could tell where they had a water leak in the kitchen. Out of our 3 units we were the only one with a view. So that was nice. But the rest of our family was all the way on the other side of the complex. The concierge was very rude any time we went up to them. At check in she completely dismissed me. She told my bf that he would be contacted to attend a meeting, never happened. Front desk staff was friendly. Housekeeping/maintenance staff all friendly. I expected more from this resort and was truly let down. I feel like Wyndham property up the street was a nicer property. Beautiful resort,truly worth it!

Nomquesti9n, by far one of the nicest resorts we’ve stayed at. The rooms are big and comfortable. The facility is clean and well maintained. The layout is a little unconventional, but you learn your way around pretty quickly. I highly recommend d the sunset on the lanai or a walk on the sea cliffs (be careful!). The only wish we had was that it was a little closer to shopping. It is about 3/4 mile walk to the shopping and tourist area. Nomquesti9n, by far one of the nicest resorts we’ve stayed at.
