Choose another place

If you only care about a view and location, this is your place. If you want a clean, updated room where you have outlets and clean furniture as well as a working heating/AC unit, don't chose this place. This place is outdated and not well kept. It clearly has had a lot of tenants over the years. But, on the positive, it is steps away from the beach. If you only care about a view and location, this is your place. Awful sleeping arrangements in an awesome location

Resort is in excellent condition in an ideal location. However, we stayed in a 1 BR that was smaller than any studio unit we have ever experienced. This should not be classified as a one BR unit. Primary bed was a double mattress on a wooden platform in a BR that only contained that bed. The bed was up against the walls on 3 sides! Even if 2 people could fit on the bed, one person would need to climb over the other to get in and out during the night. We have never seen something so ridiculous at an RCI resort. The secondary bed was a very uncomfortable Murphy bed that dropped down off the wall in the main room. With it down, the living space in the main area was severely restricted. And, my wife now has bruises on her legs from hitting the corners of that bed frame while attempting to move about the unit. Only a few inches clearance around Murphy bed in order to go to the window. Balcony is only a ledge, but the view is excellent. Resort is in excellent condition in an ideal location. Great Location

we love the location close to everything we like to do employees very pleasant right off the Boardwalk close to the Skywheel right off the beach ocean close to a lot of great places to eat close to Broadway at the Beach Murrells Inlet we love the location close to everything we like to do employees very pleasant right off the Boardwalk close to the Skywheel right off the beach ocean close to a lot of great places to eat close to Broadway at the Beach Murrells Inlet

Nice place to stay

The place was nice the view was gorgeous and if you want to be near thing this is the place. Only thing is it could use some updating but besides that this place is worth the price we paid. The staff is friendly from the people at the front desk to the maintenance guys there made us feel comfortable and like we were their friends. Oceanfront

Oceanfront, that is the only good thing about this resort. You don't even have a balcony, you have a 1 ft. ledge. I booked a 1 bedroom, been with RCI over 30 yrs and have never heard that there are 2 sizes of 1 bedrooms; an efficiency/small 1 bedroom 3/2 and a large 1 bedroom 4/2. I was told that I booked an efficiency which I would never knowingly book. One step and you were in the bedroom with a Full size bed without a headboard and a TV on the wall. That was it, no dresser no nightstand or ceiling fan. I need air blowing on me when I sleep so had to sleep on the Murphy Bed where there was a fan. It was not uncomfortable but was very noisy if you moved. There was a wardrobe in the living room for your clothes. This resort needs a complete renovation, the carpeting on the stairs is ripped, the kitchen cabinets are chipped up etc...There were two digital clocks yet they still had a wall clock which the ticking of the second hand made it very hard to fall asleep.
