Очень шумно

Возможно неплохой отель но находиться тут было очень некомфортно. Весь день с утра до вечера на территории играет громкая музыка которая очень мешает даже в номере. Если вы хотите поспать днём или пораньше лечь вечером, то у вас нет шансов. Возможно неплохой отель но находиться тут было очень некомфортно. Отличный отель, бассейны и мелкий и глубокий ( правда был с листиками и ветками после ветра). Есть где погулять на территории, рядом канал с лодками. Хорошие номера, чистые уютные и довольно просторные. Замечательная кухня, интересная с приличным выбором блюд. Хороший отель.

Жил в номере 1101. Просторный и чистый номер. Минибара нет. Питание приличное, выбор есть. Бар пустой и замызганный. Территория очень понравилась. Очень много зелени и красивый бассейн. На озере Гатун есть выбор водных экскурсий отправляющихся от причала у отеля. Жил в номере 1101. Просторный и чистый номер. Минибара нет. Питание приличное, выбор есть. Бар пустой и замызганный. Отличное место чтобы набраться сил

После долгой и тяжёлой дороги был очень приятно удивлён данным местом . Отель находиться в часе езды от аэропорта , в довольно красивом месте с большой территорией . Номера небольшие , но чистые и уютные . Красивый холл и самое главное большой бассейн с пул баром . Отель заточен под работу панамского канала , так что в нем много моряков , агентов , сюрвееров и так далее . В плане еды шведский стол - еды не очень много , но есть из чего выбрать . Много свежих морепродуктов . Еше есть гриль , но там вечно нет повара , так что не стесняйтесь его звать и просить , что желаете . В отеле есть маленький магазинчик . Хороший семейный отель с ужасной рецепцией

Отель в очень живописном месте, в 10 минутах езды от Колона. Великолепные виды на озеро, острова на нем. Неплохой бассейн, ради которого местные жители приезжают сюда семьями с детьми. Заселение - ужас! Селят строго в 15-00, на рецепции всего два человека, очередь выстраивается огромная. Мы приехали в 9 утра, свободные номера явно были (мы видели, как люди уезжают), нас оформили, но ключи выдали только в 15. Я подошел в 14-50, был в очереди четвертым, и простоял 40 минут, чтобы взять карточки от номера. Когда отходил, за мной стояло человек 15. Искренне им соболезную. Just okay - room for improcemwnt

Meliá Panama Canal - Stay 7/19- 7/21/2019. .first floor room #1160 has a sewage smell: reported the incident and maintenance just masked the smell with a-deodorizer; which means that management is aware of the issue no denial of it. My adult niece staying in room 1146 had sewage back-up issues in her room 1159 térmce in one clothes and management t had the housekeeping g woman taking blame for it ‘claim that she slammed he door too hard and caused the wood dust on the floor’ The pro is that the rooms are spacious and the mattresses iscomfortable. Customer service at check-in was unprofessional; wanted to placed wrist- band on my my group.. ass becau? Why because we booked too many room and made the assumption that we may hand because we wer panama Ian will have additional guest in our rooms? barbarian wording by the check-in associate - who ju servicwasn the c. If you are staying at Meliá Panama Canal stay away from the first flirt rom. My room 1159 had térmite in the closet compartment; the issue was reported And housekeeping woman’s wanted to Muniz’s the Isherwood and claimed it was her fault for slamming g the closets door too hard Fter cleaning the room for the afternoon. Very bad not recommended

Permanent Hearing Damage From Loud Music. Bring Ear Plugs or else

Visited for 1 night during Fiesta Patrias. The music by the kids inflatable pool slide was so loud, and the DJ on the building side was even louder, and at one point they had a 3rd competing dj on the corner of the pool for salsa dancing which was also too loud. I returned home from our 1 night stay and had tinnitis for the next 3 weeks, and now I still have permanent hearing damage in my right ear. Sounds still feel muffled in that ear. For that reason alone I will not (and cannot) ever return to this hotel for the sake of my safety and well being. The lack of staff care is also shown when you see the bar staff at the pool work all day next to the loud speaker and have no ear plugs. Who is going to pay for their hearing loss when they get older? Not the hotel. This hotel contributes to the worsement of Panama society by neglecting the care of their staff and having way too loud music to the point it causes hearing damage. (Un)fortunately, the rest of the hotel is nice. Huge pool, free tennis courts, fun kayaking, decent but cozy and not crazy busy buffet. But check-in was horrendous as well. Took us 1 hour to check in, and then another 45 min when I had to return to pick up our all inclusive bracelets. The other 2 all inclusives I've been to (Decameron and Bijao) had much quicker check-ins, so this place needs to learn to be like them, not re-invent the wheel. If you don't have kids and don't plant on hanging out by the loud speaker at the pool bar, the above doesn't apply. Otherwise bring earplugs or risk damaging your already sensitive ears. Great pool

This place has some amazing archetectural features inside and out! It's a beautiful property in an unexpected place. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the grounds and pool were clean. Drinks at the pool bar are a pit pricy so we ended up taking our own. We did a day trip up the Caribbean coast that was the highlight of this stay in Colon. Once you've seen the locks in Panama City, you've seen the locks. Finally got to this place from Panama City on the express road. Be careful at the large round about at the end in Colon. It's confusing. We ended up heading back to Panama City and had to travel about 10 miles before we could turn around. That wasn't easy either. If you drive in Panama, know that the highways are not marked well. GPS works well though. This place has some amazing archetectural features inside and out! Enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is a beautiful building and has a great history, and could be gorgeous, but needs alot of upgrades which I understand will be happening. It was very quiet during our stay, which we loved. The hotel manager, Michael, was superb in meeting our requests. The food was mediocre only because it wasn't hot. In saying that, Renzo and his staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Loved the pool and pool bar. This hotel is a beautiful building and has a great history, and could be gorgeous, but needs alot of upgrades which I understand will be happening.
