A beautiful spot for a relaxing break

We have just enjoyed the most fantastic stay at Trelowarren. We stayed in Goldfringey, one of the new eco houses that sleeps six. The house is in the most beautiful setting (it has the best views of the four at this location) and a beautiful garden area. We stayed with our grown up children and their partners and two dogs. The house was very well equipped (I can’t think of anything they missed), there was great outdoor space with a charcoal bbq and dining furniture and a bench but a couple of loungers would have been great. We made use of the log burner a couple of times despite it being June. The estate is beautiful and provided lots of lovely walking opportunities. We used the pool which is clean and in a very nice peaceful spot. Due to Covid the gym and spa were sadly closed The pantry is excellent and has a great food and drink offering. Unfortunately we left it too late to get a booking at the restaurant- next time! We have just enjoyed the most fantastic stay at Trelowarren. A slice of heaven

Beautiful and tranquil. We stayed for a week in June. Our accommodation was attractive, comfortable and spotlessly clean: big comfy sofas, lovely linens and towels, a well-stocked kitchen with everything you might need and more, even weighing scales, and salt and pepper grinders. Lovely extra touches, like vases of fresh wild flowers to greet us, and an eco hairdryer that was very good. The grounds are magnificent and the ozone pool was amazing - we are converted. We appreciated the Covid safety rota that was in place, still managing a decent swim/sunbathe nearly everyday. Dinner at the restaurant was superb, a special treat, as was the food at The Pantry. The gallery was a nice surprise with works by local artists. All the staff on site were friendly, discrete and helpful. We had a lovely time. Thank you. Beautiful and tranquil. Beautiful countryside escape

We very recently stayed in Doctor's Cottage, a beautiful cottage on the estate which was very clean and well appointed. It was a much-welcome escape to the countryside, but still close enough to the beautiful beaches and towns which meant there was plenty to do (everything seemed to be only a 15 minute drive away). It had a lovely garden, the kitchen was well equipped and each bedroom had an en suite, which was a pleasant surprise. It's clear that they have gone above and beyond to ensure that all COVID-19 guidelines have not only been followed, but exceeded. Cosy, tucked away cottage

Had a great week staying in Halligye Cottage with a few friends. Weather was fantastic for September so we made full use of the big garden, local beaches and walking routes. The cottage is super cosy and feels really tucked away on the Trellowarren estate, so perfect for escaping from reality. The cottage was incredibly clean on arrival and all the expected COVID procedures were in place. Recommend the pasties from nearby Gear Farm! The perfect countryside escape!

We stayed in the charming Doctors Cottage for 1 week, looking for a countryside escape from London and a week of salty sea air. This is exactly what we got, and more! I couldn’t recommend more for anyone similarly looking for a relaxing, wholesome escape from Corona Virus - the cleanliness of the cottage on arrival and when we left made us feel safe and secure in these Covid times. We had tonnes of private outdoor space and the distance between the other cottages was completely aligned to safety guidelines. The estate is beautiful and the perfect base to explore stunning Cornwall. 10/10!
