The experience was great. Amazing hospitality . Great service provided by Jean Vitor. My wife enjoyed a lot the entire stay. And will bring all whole family next time . Good cost benefit for meals inside the resort, breakfast and lunch all you can eat includind beverages. Hot spring water in all pools. many atractions for kids and adults. space for jogging and there are five tennis court. Best cost-benefit opportunity!

My family has been going to Rio Quente Resorts for almost 20 years and Turismo, since it was first opened, has constantly stood out as our favorite location to stay. It can be slightly pricier than the Hotel Pousada, but for good reason! All the rooms available offer a great open view, the Copa do Bebe (Baby's Corner, per se) is always kept clean and tidy with plenty of fresh fruits, there is beautiful piano playing every Saturday evening, and I hear the bar has always been very responsive. Also, it is a great location because it is equally distanced from Hot Park and the Parque das Fontes (Fountains' Park), where the thermal pools are located, and within a short walk to the Toldo do Bosque, where the evening shows occur. The hotel's service is always quick and reliable, with our rooms being cleaned as soon as we leave for the day and the front desk doing whatever they can to help, any time of the day. For instance, I was in a bad situation because there was an unexpected deadline that fell within my stay at the Resort and I had decided not to bring my laptop to this trip. I got to talk to the front desk and they were as friendly as I've ever seen, giving me their own backup laptop to work on. However, no matter how friendly, there are only so many people to help with check-out, so I highly recommend checking out the *night before you leave* (that is, if you don't plan on using the minibar later that evening). That way you can pay your bill ahead of time and not even have to pass by the line-ups on Sunday morning (which happens often because everyone's flight leaves at the same time). The food at the Pequi restaurant (buffet style) has always been top-of-the-line, with amazingly fresh fruit juices and a multitude of tastes to choose from, comforting every palate. Everything was wonderful

Just the noise of the Araras early early was bad. Everything rest was great.The place is great, the nightly shows are wonderful and the heated pools are the maximum.I hope to return soon to relax and have fun. Family vacation

Very good hotel with excellent sevice (particularly thanks to Osmar and Franciaine). The location is very convinient, close to the water park, the resort hot pools. Food is good, but preferred to have dinner at the pool bar. We had dinner at the Crystal Hotel (supposed to be the best hotel in the resort complex), but we did not like the service. Rooms seem to be larger but that is it. CostXbenefitwise I recommend the Hotel Turismo. We stayed for 7 nights which seemed a little too long. In my opinion 4 nights are enough to enjoy the resort structure. They have a pretty descent gym as well. Do not miss the “Araras” flying around the pool by the end of the day.
