Great Time

Апарт-отель расположен на пляже Грейс-Бей. Пляж совершенно замечательный, пустынный, с прозрачной водой, которая полностью соответствует рекламным роликам) Номера просторные, - с гостиной, столовой и полностью оборудованной кухней. Есть посудомойка и стиралка. Душ маленький, бассейн мелкий. Главным бонусом для меня стала терраса. Как всякий северный человек обожаю террасы) Коктейли не произвели впечатления, но это традиционная карибская история. Бесплатные велосипеды, бесплатный доски и весла. Бесплатные лодки и батут для детей в океане. Еда дорогая. Советую посетить обычные местные рестораны. В целом, отель неплох, в поправкой на местную специфику)) в виде отключение электричества. Я довольно хорошо знаю Карибы, поэтому знал, что меня ожидает. Важное дополнение: совсем близко расположен магазин IGA, где можно восполнить стратегический запас. Хорошие аппартаменты

Очень хорошие просторные апартаменты с кухней на первой линии. Мы останавливались на первом этаже - гостевая+кухня и спальня. Есть своя парковка. Для Прово цены на проживание достаточно демократичные - мы на новогодние каникулы отдавали около 450 USD за ночь. Пляж отличный, но жемчужиной этого отеля является ресторан Reef, готовят там изумительно, особенно шикарен Surf&Turf, мы любим походить по разным ресторанам, но в данном не было никакого желания изучать другие варианты. Lovely Experience

Took a chance and stopped in for sushi while in the Turks & Caicos. The sushi was delicious - like everyone who passed by us on the way out told us it would be! Theresa made sure we were well looked after and was very kind and eager to bring us more of the delectable rolls and sashimi selections! Best Trip Ever

This was a GREAT trip. My sister's and I had a FANTASTIC time. There were several people who made this trip great! Petrona took care of us during our dining excursions. Claudia was one of the best front desk clerks I have ever met and Delano always made sure that we didn't have to lift a finger from the time we got here to the time we left. Also Beverly who made sure our rooms were kept spotless. Thank you to all of them for making this our best trip ever! Until the NEXT TIME! SEE YOU SOON! This was a GREAT trip. The Entertainment staff made my vacation. The beach and water was amazing.

The Resort was very nice and the staff was very friendly. I wish there were more Restaurants. The Entertainment staff was awesome Clive, Razor, Coco, Lili, Barbie, Slick, Lettuce, DJ Ding and DJ Rafael. Coco and I hit it off like sisters. Very disappointed in our stay

We were very disappointed in Alexandra resort in many different ways. The staff looked like they wanted to be literally anywhere but there, and some were straight up rude to us. My husband and I were staying there for 10 nights as a belated honeymoon celebration and upon checking in we were put into a room that had a door connecting to the next room. After 1 night we realized we were able to hear absolutely everything that was said and done in the room beside us (including when they woke up at 6 am). It wasn't their fault at all but the gap between the doors was so large we could see light every time they opened the door and feel a breeze. I went to reception and asked if there was any way for us to change rooms since we were just at the start of our 10 day trip but she said no. I even asked if we could be downgraded from an ocean view room to a pool view room because the noise was so bad but after asking her manager they still said no. It didn't seem like they were interested in helping us at all. Aside from the poor customer service, the food was also very bad. I understand it was all inclusive so I wasn't expecting there to be 5 star restaurants, however the food was a really weak point. Even the way that the restaurants were arranged was an issue. Some nights they would only have one of the two open and they would not allow reservations so we would be waiting 45 minutes to eat. There is so much more I could say but overall for the money it was absolutely not worth it. We ended up checking out 3 days early and stayed next door at Beaches using a great last minute discount.
