Too run down and neglected

Run down. So many issues that house keeping and maintenance should have addressed prior to our arrival. Lady at desk when I gave her my detail list of 7 maintenance issues said that house keeping works for a different company. 1. Ice maker did not worked. We turned it on and it drips water into the freezer. 2. Broken shelf on freezer door. 3. Silver ware is too long and design for sections of silverware too small for the drawer so the door is stuck to only access half the utensils. 4. Dishwasher drawer rattles and drops into door gap when pulling out nearly breaking dishes. 5. Dryer is ventless. So all hot humid air goes directly into unit. 6. Serious dirty stains on area rug under table. Just too many issues to not be addressed. Yes paint is old and chipped. No wonder twice there were flyers in my door of time share for sale. Bet the maintenance or dues wouldn’t be raised for all up keep needed. Just too neglected. And don’t pretend the guest before didn’t have the same exact issues. Run down. Family vacation

Awesome resort! Three minute walk to the pool and 6 minute walk to the beach. They have a has grills and charcoal grills. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twins. The sofa bed has a comfortable mattress on it. Place was well equipped and clean! Awesome resort! Three minute walk to the pool and 6 minute walk to the beach. Island Club Review

The rooms in Oceanview need updated. The rooms are dated.The hot tub was closed for a day. Then the big lap pool was closed for four days. Then once it reopened it was crowded. They need to take the tennis court out closet to the pool. So that way when the one pool is closed there is another one open. The rooms in Oceanview need updated. Nice resort

This is a well cared for resort which provides excellent place to stay as you enjoy HHI. Beach is easily accessible as it's the swimming pool. Staff was friendly and courteous. All areas of HHI were really within reach. This is a well cared for resort which provides excellent place to stay as you enjoy HHI. Beach is easily accessible as it's the swimming pool. A great Stay

The resort was clean, plenty of towels, washer dryer, friendly staff who could ask for more! The unit is Handicapper accessible! It is easy to find when it is light - but in the dark ot might be a bit of a challenge. Once you know the "lay of the land" it is easy!
