Actividades Súper !!

Очень хорошие аниматоры в отеле . Волейбол,футбол,водное поло и т.д. Хорошие активные развлечения , white party, Live Dj , música viva , Mexican Show. Хороший шведский стол . Спасибо ребятам за помощь Daniel , Candela , Sofía, Saúl , Brenda , Fernanda , Lliuvia , Carlos Muchas gracias a todos !!! Todo súper bieeen !! Очень хорошие аниматоры в отеле . Поездка с семьей.

Перелёт , аэрофлот , Airbus 330-200, просто браво! Кроме восхищения, ни чего сказать не могу!!! Отель! Территория большая, но без толковая, много ручных животных . Персонал вежливый, пару раз чаевые в баре, и , ты их на всегда! Номера на больше , чем на 4 не тянут! Мебель не новая, на 3 чел, 2 полуторки - кровати, говорят, такая концепция ! Из 12 дней отдыха 3 дня не убирали в номере, но, это не катастрофично для меня. Пляж не далеко от отеля, вход нормальный, идёшь метров 20 по грудь, и есть не много камней на дне! Пляж не очень чистый! Но, я думаю, что отель в Мексике не так важно! Классные экскурсионные программы! За одну поездку все просмотреть не удалось, да и цены на трипы не дешёвые ! Неплохо

Заявленые на фронтоне отеля 5 звезд не соответсвуют действительности. Со всеми плюсами и минусами максимум 3 звезды. Понравилось: океан, бассейн в океане, где можно было плавать в любую погоду и время суток; чистота в номере и удобная кровать; дружелюбный персонал; вкусная и разнообразная еда в буфете; небольшой бассейн для взрослых и обслуживание в нем;. Не понравилось: в ресторанах еда невкусная; столовые приборы и бокалы - грязные; подавляющее большинство отдыхающих местное население - мексиканцы (а тк они любят детей, то кол-во людей нужно умножить на 3, по меньшей мере); во время нашего отпуска приехало огромное кол-во подростков и в течение трех дней, гостиница стояла на ушах; большие очереди в буфет и в остальные рестораны ( чтобы позавтракать приходится ожидать от 15 до 45 мин); в номерах низкая звукоизоляция - наш номер был объединен дверью с соседним, поэтому мы были в курсе всех событий соседей. Отличный отель

Все красиво, уютно, чисто. Множество ресторанов разнообразной кухни! Минус- далеко от цивилизации, хотя в отеле хватает магазинчиков, ресторанчиков и развлечений. Вызвать такси в аэропорт на стойке оказалось дешевле, чем у гидов. Кстати тут де куча столиков с гидами и представителями- купить любую экскурсию всегда можно Все красиво, уютно, чисто. Скучно...

Отель, впринципе, нормальный, большие номера, огромная кровать, все включено. Но было как-то скучно в течении всего дня. В море-океан не войти, не выйти, все в камнях-рифах, пахнет очень сильно тиной. В один день по всему пляжу и водах приближенных к нему кишили мертвые рыбы, как-то не приятно находиться среди них.. WiFi работает только на территории ресепшена, в номер даже и связь не всегда берет. Столики в других ресторанах лучше бронировать заранее, мест практически всегда нет. И если вы заказываете заранее на ресепшене такси, то сильно расчитывать на него не стоит, они забывают... Ребята из анимации молодцы! Днем я их не видела, а вечерами в программах они сильно выкладываются. Первая и последняя поездка в этот отель и скорее всего на это побережье. Lovely winter getaway and the best omelettes ever

Lovely hotel, beautiful surroundings and wonderful staff. Especially Hortencia - she is absolutely wonderful. Best omelettes and eggs ever! Always there with a smile and remembers what you like without even asking. Always gives us a wave and some chatter no matter how busy. Such an asset to the team. November/December/January is the perfect time to visit too as the weather is perfect. Definitely recommend- it’s our third visit and we will definitely be back Lovely hotel, beautiful surroundings and wonderful staff. Especially Hortencia - she is absolutely wonderful. Grew to love it.

This was the first time we visited this resort and was skeptical about what to expect at first. We booked a panoramic suite overlooking the ocean. Our room was on the third floor of the building between the party pool and the adults only pool. The ocean views were stunning and the room was slightly dated but included extra amenities, such as two balconies, a hot tub on one balcony, two sofas and two televisions. The extra amenities made up for the dated furnishings. The party pool and special events area near the party pool can be loud most of the day and occasionally at night. Unfortunately, there was a wedding scheduled one night while we were staying and the live band was extremely loud to the point the resort manager came to our room with a decibel meter. Eventually she had the venue turn down the music, but the music could still be heard very clearly until midnight. Other than that one incident, the staff and resort were amazing! This resort is much smaller than most resorts we stay at, but you don't really notice how small it is because it includes everything that is needed for a beach vacation. The resort includes six restaurants, three pools and six bars. Like most resorts each restaurant has a theme, such as Italian, Mexican, Japanese, a steak house, a family restaurant, and a buffet. The staff were amazing and made sure we were taken care of and we were happy throughout the stay. For instance, Anna, the night manager who came to our room during the wedding incident sought us out a couple of nights later while we were having dinner to make sure we were satisfied and to please seek her outif we had any further question or issues. The adults only pool is an infinity pool that overlooks the ocean with an amazing view of the whales in the bay! I recommend visiting Victor and Armamndo at the adult pool. These two gentlemen were awesome servers and kept my cup full every day. I also recommend seeing Miguel and Omar in the Travel Club cliff bar if you're members of the Travel Club. Again, if you are a Travel Club member, please visit with Erick and Christian at the Travel Club desk, these two are fabulous and made sure our vacation was perfect. Thanksgiving 2021

This is the most wonderful place. The staff are wonderful management is over the top and the food is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and always cleaning and working with smiles. Management is always making sure you are not in need of anything and always checking on you. In the family selection Scarling and Carmina are the greatest and so sweet and kind. GM Josè is a wonderful friend and a wonderful leader he is always trying to improve the property and the entire staff aim to please. The pool server Carlos is fantastic at his job. Great man and very kind. The hostess at the nest is so sweet and every time we visit the resort she always greets us as the Conley’s. This is my very special resort, we have made friends with in the resort and it is truly our home away from home or best 2nd home This is the most wonderful place. Great Stay!

We really enjoy this resort. Yessi and Bernardo at the adult pool, Edgar and Alberto on the beach bar, are wonderful employees! This resort has everything you can want. Food is also good. We like to surf there, it would be good to have a few more surfboards to choose from. We really enjoy this resort. Aquatic Sports

Fernando, Canelo, Candela and Alonzo were amazing! They were all so helpful and assisted is in multiple different ways. They all had excellent knowledge of the ocean and were always giving helpful tips when using paddle boards, surf boards and kayaks. They are professional yet friendly.
