A filthy place

The unit was filthy. The first room they gave us was so bad we asked for another room. The second room w doesn't 2 1/2 hours cleaning the room. I went to the front desk and spoke to a manner but got no satisfaction whatsoever. I have pictures of the cleaning quotes we used, they were just disgusting. We wouldn't even walk on the floors without footwear on that's how disgusting it was, not to mention the huge cockroaches I saw in the hallways. I don't know if we would ever go back. How on earth is this a Gold Crown Resort??? We left Vacation Village at Weston and went to Orange Lake and there is absolutely no comparison. The rooms were absolutely spotless at Orange Lake. Staff great but resort maintenance is declining

I have stayed in this resort many times. Previous days have been great. On this day we encountered maintenance problems in the first unit we stayed in, which were not resolved by maintenance staff, causing us to have to change units. The second unit we stayed in the bathtub did not drain properly. Staff at the resort we’re generally very accommodating and polite. Resort needs to pay more attention to maintenance. I have stayed in this resort many times. Previous days have been great. Very Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay at VVW very much. We went to the beaches in Ft. Lauderdale several times and used the pool several days. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the Everglades park is nearby. The resort is about 25 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale. We enjoyed our stay at VVW very much. We went to the beaches in Ft. Lauderdale several times and used the pool several days. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the Everglades park is nearby. November vacation

This was our second stay at the resort, and we had a good time. The room was clean and well maintained. The weather was nice, the kids loved to play in the heated and we also spent some time in the Hollywood beach. This was our second stay at the resort, and we had a good time. Will definitely be back.

This is our second time at this resort and can’t think of any complaints. The feeling you have when you were down by the pool it’s like being at the Caribbean resort palm trees music and great atmosphere. The staff, from the front check-in to around the pool and housekeeping they are all very friendly and will go out of their way for any of your requests.
