Great to get back to Mexico!

Food was ok. New tower rooms are nice and the maid service was excellent. Weather was fantastic. Service was great. Hose at the pool was especially good, funny and fast with getting our drinks! Carlos Gonzalez (bellboy) was the absolute best! Had all the answers for us, knew our names, always asking if everything was ok and reserved most of our dinners for us. Food was ok. New tower rooms are nice and the maid service was excellent. Weather was fantastic. Service was great. Hose at the pool was especially good, funny and fast with getting our drinks! Carlos Gonzalez (bellboy) was the absolute best! Had all the answers for us, knew our names, always asking if everything was ok and reserved most of our dinners for us.

Good value for the price

Good value for what you pay. Definitely a three star - food was okay, room was good enough, but the staff really make the experience a positive one. If you’re looking for a quiet romantic holiday, this is not the place. BUT if you’re looking to be fed three times a day, to drink all day long, to sit on a beach and swim at a nice beach, this is the place! Good value for what you pay. The best staff ever

Miguel in the buffet- best server ever! Treated me like an honored guest and could not do enough to help me out, remembered my preferences, all around excellent and kind person. The food was excellent, a huge choice of mexican dishes, all tasty and hot. I hope to see you again Miguel! Miguel in the buffet- best server ever! Food needs improved

We have stayed here at least six times, food has gone downhill. Buffet extremely limited. Drinks were pretty good. Some top shelf offerings were available. Sandra at the panini bar works extremely hard. Other staff members that made our vacation enjoyable included, Manuel and Polo. Jose the pool waiter was a joke, he didn't remember orders, didn't stop by very often and generally ignored everyone as often as he could. Not just our opinion. But echoing comments from other patrons. Will come back as we love the location, just hope that the negative aspects are corrected before we stay again.
