South beach

Hotel was well presented and in great location. However, I do recommend taking ear plugs. As the hotel is so close to the main road there is constant road noise (beeping, reviving etc) Across the road from the beach which is stunning. Do be aware on some days there are lots of cruise ship guests. Breakfast time was slow and not well organised. The chairs when dragged on the floor made the most piercing noise! Hairdryer in room blew cold air and was only warm on certain plug sockets. Wardrobe sliding doors were off the runners also. Hotel was well presented and in great location. Explorers Perfect Getaway

This high end hotel is located in the heart of it all. Includes Breakfast but that is all you need as this place is for the explorer who wants to roam around the island and try different venues and beaches. Although not situated on the beach - the beach is right across the street along with vendors of souvenirs and food! Rooms can be connected for the extended family who are joining you or the reunion from prep school This high end hotel is located in the heart of it all. South beach hotel

Just returned from this hotel, & had to praise the hotel on all fronts. The staff in all departments were fabulous.The restaurant guys was always attentive & obliging, & food was always fresh & lovely. Big thanks to Kim & Terrald & the rest for thir service. Reception guys were to good to be true ! Nothing was ever to much to ask or resolve if needed, & also in a very friendly manner. With big thanks to Javan, Tiara, & the amazing Janice for making us laugh & feeling wanted. The hotel is always kept clean & very tidy due to great cleaners. Fantastic staff

Awesome stay at South Beach during the pandemic when a holiday was much needed. Staff here are fantastic! In particular, Janice from the front desk. Shout out also to Javan and Tiara from Front Desk and Michael from the Bar. Thank you all for being so friendly and helpful. Also great location. Great Location

Stayed for 5 nights beginning of November. This is a great location. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beautiful beach across the street from hotel. Front desk will provide beach towels and tokens for beach chairs. Rooms are spacious and clean. Stayed for 5 nights beginning of November. This is a great location.
