Friendly and fun

Lots of amenities and friendly staff. No English spoken but we managed with google translate. you can be occupied all day long with different activities both indoor and out or just lay back in the sauna or the hot tub. Not ideal for international guests

We visited from the US, and arrived directly from the airport for our stay. Though the facilities and people were wonderful, we felt trapped on the resort. Though the signs all picture five stars, there were no services to assist international tourists: no tour assistance or concierge service, no currency exchange, no store that was open on the premises for our entire stay. There is a zoo, a lagoon, and waterslides, but basic services were missing, and it made things very difficult. The "All inclusive" option, which we felt necessary to purchase since there was nothing within 5km of the resort, included 3 meals a day, without alcohol or snacks. These meals were typically buffets with very limited options, and typically the same options each day. I have dietary restrictions, and found myself resorting to salad on multiple occasions (on the one occasion that dinner was not a buffet, the waiter arranged for a special meal for me). Good family getaway spot

One of three Rio Selva properties in Bolivia. All are more oriented to domestic Bolivian tourism and meetings rather than to international tourism. It is located pretty far from the city of Santa Cruz so is probably not somewhere you would want to stay if you wanted to visit the city of Santa Cruz itself. The service was very good and the swimming pools were not overly busy during the week. Weekends and holidays are probably something else. One of three Rio Selva properties in Bolivia. Better than expected.

We really enjoyed our weekend here. Jungle like atmosphere. The cabin that we stayed in had ac, it was clean and comfortable, but it’s a throwback to the 80s. The food was also excellent. It surpassed our expectations. Everything is very well maintained and super clean. There is saunas and an indoor pool. It’s great for a weekend get away. We really enjoyed our weekend here. Súper pretty and a very country feel

My family and I loved our stay here, great food and pretty plants/flowers and wildlife that roams free along with paddle boats to enjoy on the pond. Would love to go back sometime. The rooms are big with lots of room to storage your things and a big bathtube and a self standing shower. Lovely place to stay know you will love it toó!
