This is a small seasoned property. Not fancy, but so homey, clean and close to the main drag. Great for folks who want a safe peaceful getaway. Comfortable, good WiFi, outside picnic tables per unit, with grill. Two bedroom and 2 full baths. Baths are 1 up and 1 down, with handicap shower.Parking in front of your unit. Quiet mountain resort

This is a very quiet place to stay away from the craziness of the Parkway. Publix is close. The rooms are huge. The beds are very comfortable. They have a full sized washer and dryer. The resort needs some updating such as new carpet and living room furniture. The pool and hot tub are outdoors. There are no activities at the resort but you don't really need them with all there is to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay here. Needs updating more

Wasn't what I was bargaining for, small tv's , twin beds only in second bedroom, needs serious updating and new furniture. Not worth what I pay yearly to Exploria. Planned on bring 2nd couple but they bailed out after we found out there was no queen bed available for them except maybe a couch. :( Wasn't what I was bargaining for, small tv's , twin beds only in second bedroom, needs serious updating and new furniture. Older Property

Convenient to everything, units are older and showing age, several items needed attention. It is in a quiet location, the on site activities pool, jacuzzi and clubhouse are very 80's. But it is easy to get around Pigeon Forge from this location and very close to The Island. Convenient to everything, units are older and showing age, several items needed attention. The property is in a great location. Has the potential to be a wonderful vacation spot. The property is in need a some serious updates. painting, repairs, and TLC. Its very outdated.
