Clean comfortable and spacious

We would recommend this resort. It is conveniently located in Osage Beach. We stayed in unit 10 through a timeshare exchange. It was a little dated, but comfortable and clean. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with utensils and appliances, with the exception of cookie sheets. Lots of stairs at this resort. We were one of the few units that didn't require going up or down any stairs to get from our car to our unit. To get from the lake level to the top of the resort is about 135 stairs. The pool is on the top level. The unit has cable tv with a tv in the living room and master bedroom. None in the other 2 bedrooms. Bring a firestick if that's what you're used to using. The wifi is sufficient for streaming. There is a grill on the deck and a small patio furniture set. Could've used an umbrella! Large, individual units with a great view!

Large, private lakeside cottages with good kitchen and nice views of the surrounding trees and lake. During my visit, the weather was rainy & chilly, so ended up spending a lot of time at the unit. Free WiFi, Roku TV, fireplace and full kitchen made for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Large, private lakeside cottages with good kitchen and nice views of the surrounding trees and lake. Great family extended weekend

Our cottage was great! A warning though in that if you cant do stairs this is not the resort for you. The trek down to the water or up to the pool makes for a great workout; a lot of stair and just when you think you have gained some ground there are more stairs. We had such a good weekend and the cottage was wonderful. Open concept and a bedroom on each of the 3 floors. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and only lacked a platter, sheet pan and boiler pan but that was very minor and from that you can easily tell things were great if that is all we lacked. Gas grill with provided propane and the upper balcony. The pool was very large and not very busy and that could be because there is also the lake to swim in too. Great place for family

This was our third trip to Holiday Shores. Owners are great, Lori is so friendly. Three level lakeside cabin gives each of us a little privacy. Main level has TVs in living room and master bedroom. It would be nice to have a tv in both of the other bedrooms but its not a deal breaker. Pool is great with a splash pad for the little ones. Boat docks are close to units as well as a large swim dock on the lake. We love coming here. This was our third trip to Holiday Shores. Owners are great, Lori is so friendly. Beware the Guy in charge

My wife had a terrible experience with a gentlemen named Alan as we were down at one of our Osage Beach units and checking out the resort. He was extremely rude and unkind to my wife and my daughter. We spend a lot of time down at the Lake and own several rental rental properties here. I will not be renting at Holiday Shores now, or ever if this is a reflection of the type of people operate the facility.
