Average at best - Maintenance needed

On the beach, beautiful sunsets. Those are the two best points. The rooms need a major overhaul. The smell when you walk into the room pushes you back a bit. AC's need to be cleaned. Our room had the AC over the bed, lord knows what is blowing out of it. Full kitchen, so we could eat in. Couches are stained and in need of cleaning as well. All said, it was centrally located. Wonderful Beach View

Generous one bedroom unit with a marvelous ocean view. Well furnished and very comfortable. Good restaurants within walking distance and plenty to do in Panama City Beach. Delightful vacation. Interesting stay

This "Resort" is more like a motel on the beach and on the low end of places to stay in PCB. Parking is hit or miss and not regulated/enforced. Gates do not lock so it is a free for all with everyone having access to the property and beach. Was told I would have to move rooms before my stay was up - kind of hard to plan a day. Also was charged a cleaning fee because it was considered a short say and get this, when I got to the room it wasn't even clean. great place and great location would highly recommend , it is at the very start of the beach before all the crowds. only three or four floors and just about a hundred feet or less from the ocean . it has good parking next to your rooms . The check in lady was very nice and friendly and was very helpful . the only downside to the whole place is there is no elevators but has only three floors so its not to bad great place and great location would highly recommend , it is at the very start of the beach before all the crowds. only three or four floors and just about a hundred feet or less from the ocean . it has good parking next to your rooms . 3 star property...be careful with extra RCI "fees"....consumption of points

property needs a maintenance upgrade and it's beach is adjacent to a large storm sewer drain going to the beach.....RCI took a weeks worth of points, reserved only 5 nights, so charged a $49 cleaning fee. Arrived a day early and had to pay an additional one night stay.
