Large hotel with great staff

The staff is super friendly and my room was huge. The hotel is really big, and I got lost a few times before figuring out the layout. The location is great, in walking distance to food trucks and a little shopping center. The one disappointment is that I reserved an ocean view room but my room was on a low floor directly fronting the mini golf course, with the ocean far away and not much of a view. Wonderful resort with a wonderful staff

We've been coming to the Ka'anapali Beach Club for many years and we always enjoy our time here. Even in these challenging Covid times, our stay has been excellent. All of the appropriate Covid protocols have been implemented and the staff has been doing a great job in difficult times. I highly recommend the Ka'anapali Beach Club. Great

Very clean and nice and comfortable hotel but room is bland and needs better decorating throughout. Excellent exterior and pool area. Beautiful views. All staff were very nice and welcoming. Amazing Last Minute Value

A few friends and I traveled to Maui, and after spending one night at very poor accommodations elsewhere (Aina Nalu By Outrigger) and needed to find a new place to spend the remainder of our week on the island. We got an absolutely amazing rate on a partial ocean view 1 bedroom (2 double bed) suite which we booked over the phone through Diamond Resorts directly. The room while slightly dated (particularly the bathroom and balcony) was very clean and much larger than we anticipated. The resort was very well kept, the lobby has a quintessential Hawaiian theme which is felt throughout the property. The pool area was immaculate with relaxing Hawaiian music playing consistently on the speakers. The pool/beach bar was very fairly priced (with great happy hour deals). The biggest thumbs down would have to be the lack of a true onsite restaurant, they have a carryout counter adjacent to the lower lobby that is subpar at best and very overpriced. There were many other food options within walking distance including a food truck park open every night with a plethora of options. Overall this property has to be one of the best values I have ever experienced at a beach resort, I would most definitely recommend and return in the future. Paradise

we finally got moved from 3rd to 9th floor an from a somewhat ocean view to the real thing. We also overlook the pool. We now also have a king bed so we can sleep together.The only thing missing is an oven in the kitchen area we finally got moved from 3rd to 9th floor an from a somewhat ocean view to the real thing.
