Приятный отель

Хорошее расположение отеля, рядом сад Мажорель, до железнодорожного вокзала минут 5 на такси, 2 минуты до супермаркета Асима. Красивый внутренний двор, приятный бассейн, шезлонги. В номерах на кухне было все необходимое: посуда, чайник, плита, кастрюля, заварочный чайник, столовые приборы, кувшин. Была гладильня доска, утюг. В ванной есть фен. В нашем номере была огромная закрытая терраса с апельсиновым деревом в центре и большим столом в марокканском стиле. Из минусов: Брали номер с 6 спальными местами. Два спальных места оказались в кухне-гостиной. Дополнительная кровать только одна. Старые двери тяжело и громко открывались, не помешало бы смазать замки. Заявленный wi-fi так и не включили за три дня. Горячей воды не было, еле теплая из крана шла. Read Reviews to Help Manage Expectations

My general experience when booking a timeshare or similar property is always a mixed bag. While its exciting to find accommodations in an exotic place, you'll always not sure what you'll get. Standards are not first world for sure, i.e. bathrooms & kitchens that are not updated (my pet peeve are dark spots in caulking caused by humidity). Read reviews to manage expectations! Location was excellent though - next to Le Jardin Majorelle and short cab ride to the Medina and other spots. We booked the timeshare for a week but also booked one night in a nice riad in the medina and an overnight stay in a riad in Essaoiura which made our stay more enjoyable. Good location

Excellent location, near to Jardin Marjorelle. Nice unit, with private courtyard, but looked dated and tired. Hot water took ages to reach kitchen or bathroom; mini oven and refrigerator were very old, though functional. Hair dryer not working, and though reported to reception, it had not been repaired by the end of our week. Bedding was very clean and comfortable bed. Overall, accommodation was adequate, though far from luxurious. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Nice pool and public area. Excellent location, near to Jardin Marjorelle. False advertising

After hours of traveling, we couldn’t wait to relax in the apartment we had booked in the Palm club. We had booked an apartment for four adults which states on booking.com that entitles you to a double bed and two individual beds. However to our disappointment when we arrived to the apartment we found there was only a double bed, a futon and a couch. Now after traveling for hours you can imagine it is not ideal to be sleeping on a couch. We asked the receptionist if he could do anything for us. To which he replied if we wanted four beds we had to book a 6 person apartment. How does this make sense??? This is not clearly stated when booking and it is completely false advertisement. We were not offered a discount or anything so we promptly left and found somewhere much better! The experience added stress to our holiday that was completely unnecessary! Stag do

9 of us stayed in these apartments at the beginning of November for a stag do, we stayed for 4 nights. The rooms could do with a slight makeover as they are a little out dated especially the kitchen area’s but apart from that the rooms were perfect for our needs. I would’ve given this a 4 star rating if it weren’t for the owner who spoke no english whatsoever and added all sorts to our final bill which was not mentioned prior our stay, luckily we had just enough money left over to cover these extra charges, i’d hate to think what would’ve happened if we didn’t. 9 of us stayed in these apartments at the beginning of November for a stag do, we stayed for 4 nights. Lovely stay

We book this as a last minute Ute get away with family. This place is amazing, staff were really friendly couldn't have done enough for us. Rooms were cleaned daily. Lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. The pool was amazing really cold but needed as that weather was so hot. Near to all amenities so very convenient. Would definitely return.
