Excellent service

The resort was nice. The front desk people were amazing. Very clean. Had issues with one hot tub, guess they were waiting on parts, but the other hot tub was up and running. Very close to almost everything in Orlando. The resort was nice. The front desk people were amazing. Very clean. Good location, nice place

We had only a few minor issues during our stay usually resolved pretty quickly. Hot water was not hot water pressure and shower was not strong but suitable. Staff at front desk super friendly and took care of needs & issues quickly as needed. Our worst problem was rhe smoke detector going off EVERY time we cooked and also when 1 of my guests ran the blow dryer!! Beds are comfortable, kitchen and baths are nice and up to date. We had a 2 BR supposed to sleep 6. We only had 3 of us but not enough space for 6 to store things such as suitcases. Would be nice if the TVs mounted were able to pull out and rotate. Clean place, lots of things go to do if you choose. Main pool is nice but hot tub was not working. Easy location to get to various places in Orlando. A NIGHTMARE BEFORE HALLOWEEN

The Power went out... we were in total darkness .... on 3rd floor..we had to bring ice up all of those steps .. elevator had no power. had to drive to get ice for our frozen meat; when power came on ... we then had no power for the stove and the fridge.... then we smelled gas ... SCARING US OUT OF OUR WITS.... Hard to sleep management not supportive

We checked it=n on Saturday around 4pm. We get to the room it is clean and nice. We notice there is no soap, dish soap and other things normally in the room. We call the front desk and they say no problem will send it right up. It never shows up. We go to bed and around 1am the room below us starts getting really loud. We call the front desk they are closed so we get the security number and call them the guard asks us our room number and i give him the room and building number . Around 30 minutes later we hear the Guard banging on the door below. The guard leaves the location around 15 minutes later the people start right back up. The guard never thought of showing up again to make sure the people do as he asked. They do quiet down around 5:30 am. After a few hours sleep I go to the front desk in the morning to see if any notes were put in the log as well as to get the soap and items that never showed up. The front desk had a note of the loud noise, the lady said she would pass it along to the head of security when he came in and make sure he goes up to the room in the morning to talk to them and let them know it was not acceptable. I asked about the soap and items and they said they saw it in the notes and would deliver it soon. I asked since we did not get much sleep not to knock just leave on the door step. Since we were up we put the do not disturb on the door and went to eat. When we got back nothing on the door step, we go in our room and on the table is the items we asked for. They were told to leave at the door and the sign was on the door and told to not knock, they knocked and went inside the room. We get to the next night and midnight the party starts again. I spend over an hour trying to get ahold of security but they do not answer. When I do get ahold of security it is the same person from the night before he says oh its you again. we do not know if he ever showed up the second night. around 2:15 7 people of the party are in the parking lot yelling and screaming. They get to the cars and start acting if they were going to race. They do leave in a few minutes. The people in the room do quiet down 30 min after the people leave. In the morning I got down to front desk again. This time to person took notes and seemed to care he said he would pass it along. He mentioned they should of been told they would be told to leave if they were called on again. The rest of the stay was quiet. The good side is the property is clean and well maintained. Thy texted me daily with the events for kids each day. They had a nice grill area and nice pool. They had a fire pit area, also a few Gazebos on property. If the management was able to enforce the contract of keeping people quiet and the security new what they were allowed to do when they had issues it could of been a really nice stay. Wasn’t that bad, considering some of the reviews

Well first lets say I LOVE going to the Sheraton Vistana in Buena Vistana, but sadly it was booked.   •Westgate turned out to be a nice surprise. Room was clean and recently updated. New appliances( including a dishwasher) and cabinets. Updated I mean refreshed not Brand new. Kitchen has a sponge, dishwashing liquid and paper towels. •Water has a tiny sulfur odor, so we bought bottled water. •Small balcony with a washer and dryer in a closet. •Beds were comfortable with new mattresses and fresh crisp sheets . •Bathroom walls was a little outdated but clean. Personally i didn’t like the color of walls and choice of furniture, but that personal choice .  •Westgate has 2 small pools with hot Tubs’s. We were at pool on a Monday at 11am and it was empty (everyone’s at Disney). We would of gone to Disney but had my 87 year old Mom with us.  •There is an area to grill .  •There is a kids activity center with daily activities. •3 levels with an elevator. •Complex surrounds a small pond with ducks and turtle. There are tables/chairs  •One negative is they want you to pay for the internet. Really who does that anymore.  •They try to get you to go to a timeshare tour of there sister location. * There is no security, in the entry booth. * No restaurant on site, but they do have some supplies in a refrigerator in main lobby for purchase. All in all not a bad place to stay. Staff was friendly. I would come back. I would give a 3.5 stars.
