Для отдыха отель не годится

Если вы хотите провести небольшой отпуск в Каире, то этот отель не годится. Старые номера: в них плохо убираются (пыль на телефоне оставалась на протяжении всего проживания), не продумана душевая: вода заливает всю ванную комнату, а включить/выключить душ невозможно, не замочившись полностью. Самые яркие моменты проживания: звонок в 00:30 с ресепшн, чтобы сказать, что два дня назад они неверно списали сумму на карте и, внимание (!), попытка написать отзыв на букинге за нас. Они просто попросили наш аккаунт в букинге и просто сами начали писать отзыв. Удивительный сервис по-каирски. Если вы хотите провести небольшой отпуск в Каире, то этот отель не годится. Нервоз от этого отеля

Я была вынуждена поселиться в этом отеле, так как в нем проходило мероприятие, на которое я приехала. Все началось с того, что мне дали номер, за окном которого был ужасный гул, шум снаружи то ли от кондиционера, то ли от какой то машины, спать невозможно было даже в берушах. Я попросила поменять номер, мне было отказано, так как якобы свободных номеров нет, хотя я посмотрела на букинге есть свободные номера. Поэтому я, зная египетский менталитет, сказала, что, если он не даст мне другой номер, я принесу свои вещи сюда и лягу спать прямо здесь у ресепшна. Это подействовало, меня переселили в другой номер, окна выходили на другую сторону, но там по-прежнему работала какая то машина,которая гудела, как паровоз. Я была бессильна, поэтому к шуму пришлось привыкнуть, хотя каждую ночь я засыпала с ощущением, что эта машина гудит у меня в мозгу. Я бы хотела отметить момент УБОРКИ НОМЕРА, ПОТОМУ ЧТО ЭТО ТРЫНДЕЦ, РЕБЯТА. Бог с ним, что убирают грязно. Но каждый раз я приходила в номер, была заправлена кровать. Но не было ни полотенец, ни бумаги, не геля для душа, ничего!! Лишь заправленная кровать и грязный пол. Каждый день я звонила и просила принести мне полотенца и все остальное. И так каждый день. Несли они их по 2 часа. Сами горничные по-английски не понимают. Я так устала в этом отеле, это какой то кошмар. Еще у меня стыбзили 100$. Я оставила сумку, в ней было спрятано 1000$, осталось 900$. На этом моя история не заканчивается, я хочу рассказать вам, как я сходила на массаж. Меня оставили переодеваться, а в этот момент без стука зашел администратор мужчина. Я голая смотрю на него, он на меня. Я говорю "Закройте дверь". Он - "Ок." Что это было??!! Далее массажистка во время массажа намазала меня чем то и сказала, что за это нужно заплатить ей лично в руки. Или купить у нее всю баночку, но не говорить об этом администрации. Супер Отель для семьи

Очень удобное расположение. Приветственный персонал. Номер очень понравился. Там только всё отремонтировали. Мы брали только с завтраком и ресторан очень понравился. Кормят очень вкусно как для взрослых так и для детей. Каждый день чистый настоящий мёд. Так как мы были с маленькими детьми так мы обращали особое внимание на уборку. Так очень хорошо там убираются и две бутылки воды всегда у нас в номере. Спасибо персоналу отеля и менеджерам. Мы ещё приедем!!! Очень удобное расположение. Приветственный персонал. нормальный отель

It is somewhat difficult for me to leave a review about the Pyramisa Hotel in Cairo. I think I'll start chronologically. We arrived in the evening, and despite the confirmed booking number, our booking had "suddenly" disappeared. The hotel manager was called, and after 20 minutes we got our room. In this hotel is smoking allowed, as in almost all hotels in Cairo. We arrived in the room we almost hit the blow. It stank so much that we immediately opened the balcony door. Of course, this fact meant that the entire laundry at the end of our stay smelled smoky. Whether this is still tolerable in 2021 is another matter. The room facilities correspond to a bad 3 star hotel, with the negative highlight being the bathroom. In the shower you either scald, or it is too cold. A normal shower, was unfortunately out of the question. The elevators were also only partially usable, depending on the time of day, you had to get out one floor before, and then go up one floor. The next point worth mentioning is, also depending on the security personnel, that one is quite harshly advised on the wearing of the mask. No one, neither the guests, nor the staff wear a Covid mask. If they wear a mask, then it is worn below the nose or on the chin. Exception is the staff at breakfast. The worst thing, however, is the fact that magpies are buzzing around in the hotel. It happened not only to us, but also to another tourist couple. There is not a camera on all floors, so of course all people deny their responsibility. Starting with the hotel manager, security chief to the tourism police, which then coincidentally is not present. Therefore, always keep your valuables with you. Worse hotel ever in Greater Cairo

Pyramisa hotel is an old, deteriorating, and clean less hotel. I do not understand how this is a 5-stars hotel? People are not professional and very rude. Food quality is bad. Location is the only plus

The room was not serviced although I asked for that, it should be done without asking even. The booking was not showing at the start and instead of checking from their side they washed their hands off and asked me to check the the supplier and claimed they stopped dealing with the online travel agency I booked from, Surprisingly they received the booking from same travel agency the next day but ofcoarse I had to pay again for the first night and get refunded later after spending one and half hour to check-in. Can't imagine that the night manager was wearing a Tshirt and chewing a gum! The furniture is ok if you get a room in the new building. Room amenities need to include hairconditioner at least. The breakfast was OK as well but should be until 11am at least as 10:30 is early and better to include more varieties. There were no triple rooms, they provided a double room with extra bed which made the room very tight. No heaters in the swimming pool and it is relatively small. Pyramsa or Pyralezza

This hotel in no way should be called a 5 4 or 3 star. It’s rundown dated. We paid for a king and come in to a double. The hotel staff comes in slides beds together and arranges the double bed linen to stretch over both mattresses by overlapping them a joke. No dual pane windows so you can hear beep beep beep beep all night long or the dogs parking from kennel of golden retrievers on roof top of next building over. The scenery looked like we’re in some sci-fi movie of apocalypse. The elevators didn’t work I sat on the tenth floor for approximately 12 minutes waiting for it to come. So preceded to take stairs which also the storage closet. There boxes of old travel guides and other books and lamps miscellaneous items on the landings. The concierge service were crooks I ask for help Giza tour he told me it was 60 usd to go to just Giza per person. I asked him about the others Memphis Saqara he said those were to far. I ended using Viator and getting all three and lunch for 60 usd. I also inquired about the Nile cruise the concierge service told me if I book the trip with them first the tour guide would be able help me with the Nile cruise once we are out on the Tour.... I guess I looked like stupid American... FOH not me ever. Once again I went back Viator and book a 4 day 3 night Nile cruise with airfare and transportation from hotel to airport with guide operated by Deluxe Tours. Just be sure to ask about what ship your on, ask for pictures. Ok back to Pyraleeza Suites the food in both restaurants were ok I’d give it a 4 and breakfast 3.5 and maybe a little harsh just because there wasn’t any vegan or vegetarian options really. I didn’t book this my wife did but looking at $70 USd cost per night I can only say you get what you pay for because this was definitely a very tall motel 8. Good for City Centre

This hotel has been recently refurbished and everything worked and looked good. Staff were helpful. Good breakfast. Reasonably sized room and comfy bed.
