Quiet with nice scenery

NOT AS PICTURED....We were in the OLD buildings and they look NOTHING like the photos posted

30 years of time shares and this is BY FAR the worst place we have ever stayed. Filthy, old and in a state of disrepair. As soon as we arrived, we opened the door to the TV cabinet and it fell off and splintered, just missing us! It was an omen of the nightmare to come... Squeaky bed, AC not working, noisy fridge, uncomfortable and dirty furniture, disgusting appliances--even the toaster! No housekeeping services at all, not even for trash or more towels--they expect you to wash your own towels. They said they were sold out and could not move us, but there were just a hand full of cars there. Great Location, Outdated Property

This is a busy property that is in need of much repair and updating. The furnishings are at least 20 years old and out of date. The restaurant and Tiki Bar are active and of good quality and the on-site marina provided great service with a fantastic boat rental experience. White snow vacation

Out vacation before Christmas in Branson. The second day it snowed and stayed in the ground. The view of the lake from the unit was excellent. We had a 2 bedroom and it had a jacuzzi which I love. Needs update

Although it was a non-smoking room as all those units were, it really have a smoking odor. They try to fix it by putting a machine in there but that usually never works. We sprayed Lysol daily which did help the odor. One wall unit that heated the bedroom idid not work but the furnace did for the rest of the unit. The carpet was old and so was the furniture.It was a great location and most units overlooked a beautiful lake. The marina was quite large and had several restaurants which were closed during the winter months. I enjoyed the porch swings overlooking the lake. The resort was easy to find but probably all the resorts on Indian point could be Traffic backed if Silverdollar city was letting out at the same time you were on the road.
