The best location in the town, good service. It is integrated with shopping mall Sambil which makes easier to have a shopping day without practically leaving the hotel. Excellent service, comfortable and clean rooms. In spite of the continuous power cut presented by the city, the good management of the manager makes the situation almost imperceptible. The best option for when you visit the city. The best location in the town, good service. Really good hotel and good price. The food was perfect.

Excellent location. The stuff give you really good service. The food service really fast and the food was very delicious. Clean hotel and a lot cable channels. Was perfect. The price was good. Next to the biggest mall and very safe. I forget that I was in venezuela. The bar was good too. Excellent location. The stuff give you really good service. Best hotel in town for tourists

Among the newest hotel in town. It is a few steps from Sambil Shopping Mall where I suggest you eat. The hotel is part of the Lidotel chain that has other locations throughout the country. Rooms are clean and tidy. Facilities are rather small. The gym is very small for the hotel's room capacity and all the machines seemed to be crammed. If you are in town, this is where you want to stay. There are few good options and Lidotel is your best option. Recommended!!! Among the newest hotel in town. Nothing Special

This hotel needs to clean the reception area. Cigarette butts on the worn rug gave the appearance of neglect. The breakfast buffet was crowded and understaffed. This shabbiness contrasts with the room which was clean and tidy throughout our stay. The flat screen tv worked well and it had several premium channels to choose from. The hotel has no direct access to the largest shopping mall in San Cristobal. Guests have to exit the hotel through the main entrance, past the reception area and walk to the mall. Be aware that the bar is next to the reception and at night you will walk past tipsy male guests on your way to the elevators, an unpleasant sight if you are traveling with a spouse or children. I prefer other less expensive hotels in SC which are less busy and keep the bar away from the main lobby. Their Internet wi-fi worked well and so did the air conditioner in our room. Just The best you can get in SC

I have to come to San Cristóbal maybe every 15 days and thank God for This hotel. It is not perfect but there isn't a similar choice maybe within The next 300 miles. Service is pretty decent, good food, nice property next to The biggest mall in town and VERY HONEST staff. 2 weeks ago I brought my daughter along and left behind her pink crocs in The room. The next week I got a phone call telling me that they've had mailed them to me and I did receive them. If you come to Venezuela don't rise your expectations too high which is why This is a great, safe and by far The best choice in town I have to come to San Cristóbal maybe every 15 days and thank God for This hotel.
