Owner review

Unit and resort not as advertised and promised to owners and guests the same year that owners received maintenance increases. We just received another large maintenance increase for 2022. It feels as though owners are being pushed to sell out. DON'T VACATION here, or get rooms here until you know The Cliffs is not greed and opportunity based. Clean, pretty - but nothing special or unique

Very clean, comfortable. Beautiful setting. Pretty, well-manicured grounds. If you are looking for something unique or boutique, this is not it. Reminds me very much of Hilton Head plantation resorts. My main problem - and reason I wouldn’t stay here again - is that it is loud. We are checking out today (they would not accommodate later than 10 a.m. checkout). I can hear the people next to me through the walls, and I can hear the people above me walking around. Worse, I can hear people talking and laughing loudly outside. You get the sense that you are with a lot of people. I much prefer smaller, more private, quieter and more authentic places. Stunning Boutique Resort

The Cliffs is a wonderful resort with stunning views, lush tropical grounds, and warm friendly staff. The property is located on over 20 acres, sits on a magnificent bluff overlooking the ocean, and since there are only 202 condos occupying 9 three-story high residential buildings you can imagine all of the open space on the gorgeous property. Stunning cliff views, comfortable suite

Comfortable suite, exceptional staff, nicely manicured grounds. Located in nice upscale area. Limited dining options nearby, no air conditioning . Our suite was upscale and service was great. Cliffs Resort, Princeville, Kauai

We love staying at the Cliffs in Princeville on the island of Kauai. The staff is attentive and pleasant. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. The interiors of the units are up to date, clean and comfortable. The views from the lanais are amazing and we always look forward to returning to Kauai to and staying at the Cliffs.
