no respect with the guests

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I arrived late night in the hotel with a booking voucher. Despite the confirmed booking, and the payment done, my room was not available. The Hotel was full , and the staff in the reception simply told me that I should find a room by myself. Total disrespect with my reservation. One of the most terrible experiences I had. Nice hotel in Florianópolis

I went to Florianópolis for a conference and I stayed at Castelmar Hotel. The room was very spacious even with a big terrace! The bed was really comfy, which is to my opinion the most important thing in an hotel. They clean the room everyday and replace the towels. Abundant breakfast, nice staff and good location (10-15 minutes to the Mercado Central). I would go back to this hotel :) I went to Florianópolis for a conference and I stayed at Castelmar Hotel. The room was very spacious even with a big terrace! The bed was really comfy, which is to my opinion the most important thing in an hotel. They clean the room everyday and replace the towels. Comfort and Good area

This hotel has large bedrooms (really large) with great king size bed. This is a good bedroom if you need to rest during the day because it's dark. It's located in a good area close to the Hercílio Luz Bridge, to the beachfront where you can go for a run (perfect infrastructure ). You also can have fun going to bars and restaurants of all varieties. The break fast is really good! For me it's a very good experience ! Good hotel

We had a nice week in hotel Castelmar.We checked in very late people working at reception where very helpfull.The room was on the 12th floor and was very good we think it was renovated not long ago.Everything looked brandnew.Breakfast was very good every day there was something else hot and lots of fresh fruits and cakes,even the fruit juices were tasty.The hotel is situated 15 minutes walk from the centre with shops bars and restaurants. Good Bussiness Hotel

Very well located near the city center and close to the ciclovia beira mar... a wlking and biking sidewalk beside the sea. The hotel is going through a refurbishing situation, but they inform their guests about the daytime noise. The hotel is well equipmed, has a poll, a bar and a restaurant, Nothing very special, but works well. The breakfast is a little crowded, and it could have a little bit more items but it is fair. The room I stayed was big, good bed, good wifi and a good bathroom. For work is great.
