The list of negative experiences can be summed up to a single person for a complex timeshare with no direct staff. Many things needed repair and a full day sewage leak that had raw sewage coming through bathrooms causing a health risk. The examples of mismanagement are serious. Perfect seven days

Can not be better than this. I recommend this place. Service is firs class , every one is very friendly and I needed some office help. They went extra mile to help me with copping and emailing. This was my second visit and I am coming back in March again. Can not be better than this. I recommend this place. Service is firs class , every one is very friendly and I needed some office help. New year week skiing

Nice sized apartment for a one bedroom. Location was just outside ski area but frequent shuttle service to ski resort with friendly staff. Needs dining options onsite to improve on the resort, but would certainly return!!! Nice sized apartment for a one bedroom. Vail family summer vacation

The resort was beautifully maintained. There is a walking trail right in front of the resort you can take a walk. Close proximity to many things. Vail village was just beautiful. It's like your in Europe, we loved just walking around. The farmers market on Sunday was fun. Our unit was very nice, updated and clean. Totally recommend and would stay again. Aspen and Birch buildings are too close to interstate.

There are three rooms in the Aspen building with decks that face the parking lot and Interstate sound. The complex was 80% full but would not move us from one of these three poor units. One of the other units With a parking lot deck also had an RCI guest. The Units are nicely furnished and the staff were friendly. We will look for other accomodations for future trips to this area.
