A Nice View

I spent a week at Aladino's in March 2020. The room on the ninth floor had a wonderful view of the bay and the city. I liked the warm colours scheme and the massive, glorious bed. We had access to three different swimming pools during the daytime, the neighbourhood is safe and easy to navigate, and the beach is just minutes away. Hot water wasn't very consistent, and there was no kettle in the room. Don't even bother with the hotel restaurant. Overall, it is a perfectly acceptable place for simple people. Dissapointed and deceived

This hotel was recommended to me and my friend through a lady that seems to be a hotel promoter The Aladino ‘s hotel and club is a place where the cleanness is bad the toilet has marks of fecal matter In the shower we found hairs, and maybe fleas or bed bugs cause the bites appeared in my skin. The floor has traces of bread crumbs that perhaps belongs to the last customer The curtain didn’t close properly to avoid the sun light The car park was charge 80 pesos Daily and you need to move your car!!!the valet parking is not included even you pay for that. IF you asked for the wifi the rude lady of the reception said that the rooms don’t have good reception for the wifi and it’s also for free!!????so don’t make complaints and remember it’s for free! The cost is $ 800 pesos plus $80 car park . With the same amount you will find a much better hotel with nice people and good cleanness system. I came with a New Zealander lady and me like Mexican l felt embarrassed for this situations and remember ....that the name of my México is under the floor for the foreigner visitors. And with this kind of issues will be worst that’s why Acapulco the most of visitors are Mexicans. Nestled near great restaurants

This hotel was good. Elevator was working but opted for the stairs most days anyway. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Spoke little english, but I only spoke a little spanish, we made it work. Food was decent in the cafe and the staff was just so sweet! Be careful what you eat outside the resort though This hotel was good. Elevator was working but opted for the stairs most days anyway. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Substandard accommodations

The condo was sparsely furnished and. Not equipped with essentials. No elevator which requires walking and carrying up 2 flights of stairs. Opted to change for hotel room which had elevator. Air conditioning was spotty as well of hot water supply. Cafe fare was bad. Limited English speaking staff. Would never visit again. The condo was sparsely furnished and. Just off the beaten path...

Wow, we had a great time! The condo was great, it seemed like we had the rooftop pool to ourselves most of the time. The staff was outstanding, always polite and helpful, and always a smile to greet us. The restaurant was good too - not a huge selection, but I found myself there on multiple occasions with a beer in one hand and Kindle in the other. It was a bummer that there wasn't any Wi-Fi in the condos... but I'm also grateful that it made me unplug. The AC worked like a charm... most days we had to turn it off for a while to warm back up. Only downside - I only had one *almost warm* shower there... otherwise the water ran cold. But as long as I showered after being out in the heat all day, not really a big deal.
